They put in a new system but did not replace the 20 year old out-dated thermostat or even look at it evidently. The system failed a couple months later. We looked at the thermostat first and discovered that the batteries were so corroded that we had to pry them out with a screw driver. We called Superior and they said the they did not replace the thermostat because the one they would replace it with would be inferior. Really? We replaced the fuses in the system and could not get it to run, so we called them out to check it out. They had replaced the thermostat with a new one and said that the fuses were blown out. That seems funny because I just put brand new ones in before they arrived. They sent us a bill for over $300.00, which is probably not that bad, but when I went to check the work, they left the whole side panel off of the unit exposing high voltage capacitors and wiring. The cover was about 50 ft. from the unit in the front of the building. They also left the circuit panel door open in their hurry to get out of there. When a company lies to me and does shoddy work, I do not ever use them again, nor recommend them to others.

My brand new dryer was taking 4-5 cycles to dry a load of laundry, after Marc cleaned the vents from the inside of the house, as well as from the roof, my dryer is now humming and such a pleasure to use! Not only did he clean it from both ends, but he also went through the attic to repair a door on the vent that was incorrectly installed. His price and service was so good, I'm just looking for things for him to fix now... lol. I got free estimates from Costco and Home Depot before deciding to go with CM Mechanical. I saved big $$$ and didn't have to listen to any sales pitches. The owner, Carlos was referred to me by longtime Marin home-builder, who only uses CM Mechanical for new HVAC systems. Carlos ordered and installed new ducting, plenum box, Coleman high-efficiency furnace & A/C unit in only 4 days. Installation was fast, super-clean and 100% professional. Our old (20-30 year old?) unit stopped blowing cold air. Called Eric today and he made it the same…read moreday. He spent an hour diagnosing the issue to eliminate all possible causes. Initial symptoms were the worse - a bad compressor. It turned out that both the running and starting capacitors went bad simultaneously even though one of them tested OK with the tester. He replaced both caps and the unit is back in business blowing as cold as ever. I highly recommend Eric with Integrity Air & Heating! He is honest and gets to the bottom of the issue without pushing to sell a new unit. I requested a quote and they responded quickly. I explained what we needed done. They were able to do it and quoted me a really reasonable price. I am so happy that I decided to go with them to do the work on my Grandma's house. She was satisfied when everything was completed and so was I. I recommend them. Also keep in mind when you see negative reviews check the person's Yelp profile. If all they do is leave negative reviews that shows you the type Yelper they are. The Yelp community is a balance, you should leave good and bad reviews not only one.

BEWARE!!!! This company stole my money, materials, and damaged my property and left me with a mess…read moreafter walking off the job midway through. Hannibal Solis, the owner of the company, agreed to install a mini split in my apartment, which was time sensitive. Before the work started, we walked through and agreed on placement for the compressor outside and for the wall mount units inside, along with where the electricity would run. However, after only mounting the units, he decided that the placement of one of the units was too high and that he was no longer willing to finish the job. In an effort to resolve the situation, I arranged for my roofer to come help him. However, at that point, he became aggressive and told me he wasn't willing to finish under any circumstances. When he walked off the job, he initially said that he would refund my deposit of $1000 (paid by Zelle), but is now refusing to even do that, claiming that I "threatened" him by telling him that I would report him to Thumbtack and the CA Contractor Board after walking off the job and causing damage to my property. Finally, he asked me to purchase $805 worth of materials directly from a third party, but is unwilling to tell me where those materials are located and some of the materials (including incredibly expensive wire) that I purchased were taken by him when he left. Further, the materials that he installed were installed incorrectly, so I now have to purchase those materials again. In meeting other contractors to repair this sloppy, unfinished job, I have discovered that he did not do the bulk of the work, including connecting the high and low voltage, connecting all wires and refrigerant lines, finishing installation of the blowers and compressors (they're only affixed to the wall, which I understand to be the easy part of the job), installing drains, and affixing all lines to the house and covering them. He also damaged the floors, leaving long scapes in the wood through the entire hallway. Pictures are the state he left my installation in when he walked off the job. All of the work was done incorrectly and needs to be redone. This will cost me a significant amount of money -- approximately 3x what I contracted with this company for. Strongly advice any prospects to go with another company -- any other company.
