All and all there service was fine. They left things a little messy, but the service was good. I wouldn't recommend them because someone who works for them is a thief. I have a car sitting in the corner of the driveway that had some stuff in it covered by a blanket. It's been sitting there for years with no problems. Andres Air comes, parks next to it, walks by it. We hired Andre's Air to install a complete new heating and AC system. Ducting, condensing unit, furnace, and UV lights, etc. The guys that showed up are amazing. The are so polite, conscientious, respectful and clean. "Yes sir". "Yes ma'am" They showed up on time and vacuumed meticulously after each day. My wife is sensitive to insulation and they carefully inspected each register to ensure no insulation was stuck in the registers so it didn't blow out later. Right in the middle of a heat wave our AC started blowing hot air . I immediately started to call around and leave voicemails to have our unit looked at and fixed . I stumbled across Andres air on Facebook and decided to check out them out on yelp. I submitted a request last night through the website . Within minutes of me submitting I got a call and was scheduled to have them come between 12-2pm. Andre worked with us to install a new HVAC system in our house. He spent the time properly measuring the house for the correct sized system and was very responsive to questions. He was able to build out the best system for my house and gave a very detailed estimate up front accounting for any issues that may arise during the estimation. When the work got started the crew were very friendly and made sure booties and drop cloths were on at all time inside my house. At the end of the day all was cleaned up and he was on time both work days. After install he explained what he did, why he did what he did and gave me time to ask questions. Our AC wasn't working basically since 2020 when we bought the house. We called a few places and had little help before we called out Andres Air. It took awhile to figure out the problem but Andreas solved the issue and a new part was ordered and put on in Fall of 2022. They said if the part didn't work, it was probably a leak. We didn't use the AC after that since the weather was cooler, however as the heat started coming in this year we turned on the AC and was super bummed to find once again it was blowing hot air. Andreas came out the next day and said no refrigerant and that we had a leak somewhere. I figured we were going to have to spend a fortune. Instead they found the leak was their fault from when they put in the part, they were very honest and didn't charge us a penny (like over $1k worth of refrigerant) They refilled all the refrigerant and it's been blowing cold air ever since. They could have lied and said the leak wasn't due to them and have us pay the money, but they straight said it was their fault and apologized. I would not have known. I love the integrity. They have come out numerous times to fix the AC, trying the most inexpensive routes first. They are always so kind and get out so fast. We won't ever use anyone else! I was referred to Andre's Air by a friend from church. Andre was incredibly prompt and helpful with the unfortunate situation. The motor in my heating and air unit died right In the middle of a cold spell. I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible because my 92 year old mother lives with me, and that is our source of heat. We ran into the problem of the air conditioning unit being so old that the company was no longer around therefore nearly impossible to find parts. Andre used his resources, went above and beyond to find a motor that could be refurbished to fit my unit. Once the motor was built, he came over and put it in. When he return to the house to install, he worked hard and made sure that everything was working properly. Andre and his staff are polite, courteous, and practice social distancing. Andre's Air was clutch when my A/C went out in over 100 degree weather. My friend said he was fair and did great work, so I didn't hesitate to call when everyone else had people they wouldn't recommend. I called and left a message which was returned within thirty minutes (around 1pm). I told him my fan wasn't rotating in the unit and it wasn't blowing cold air into my house. He said he had a couple more jobs but would make it over ASAP, definitely by the end of the afternoon. A man of his word he called around 3:45 and said he was headed over. He looked at the unit, and told me what was wrong in under ten minutes. He had a quote that seemed reasonable and the part needed was with him. A little background; So my house was 18 years old and in need of a new heater and air condition system as the system that was installed was the cheapest system the home builder could buy and install 18 years ago. It was poorly designed for it required needs and was the bottom of the efficiency standard. It was a piece of crap!! My heating cost way over $450 a month this last year for a one story 2200 sq ft home. My A/C system was so poorly designed that while the master bedroom was hot in the mid to high 80, we needed a jacket to use in the rest of the house. We had hot spots, cold spots, NOISY cooling and heating. We where lucky if the system installed had a rating of 70% (for every $1 you spend to heat your home you where suppose to get $.70 worth of heating). You add poor design, bad installation and I was lucky if was getting 50% efficiency. I had a very inefficient HVAC system running at all hours not doing was it was suppose to do, keep us warm or cool. Again my costs was way up during the winters and summers. I have low E glass for my windows, LED lights throughout the home, all my window are tinted to keep the heat out and I have insulted blinds, but according to PG&E our house was using 37% more energy than simular home around me. Simply put the heating and a/c system design and operation where so inefficient, with a terrible designed and some of the worse installation i have seen that they needed to be replaced. I priced out replacement system through six local vendors, some have TV commercial, some advertise through local flyers, some partnered with big superstores. I received bids as low as $8000 and as high as $48k after rebates from PG&E and the superstore (starts with a C and ends with an O). The bud where all over the table but Andre was the winner on quality of work, longer guaranty, and recommendation ( he told me the truth when others told me untruths), oops forgot to tell you I am an engineer so I know how HVAC system work and so did Andre! I had worked with Andre's Air some 12 months earlier and he helped my to develop a basic system requirement outline that I use to seek quotes from other vendors. This way I would have a true apples to apples comparison as the bid came in. Each vendor slanted their offers towards their product, I even had the guy from Lennox tell me his company was the only one who provided the same system that I was looking for. Funny as my original design was from a competitor and was given to me 12 months prior his proposal. After doing my diligence to insure I was getting the best deal, I reached out to Andre's Air to award them the job. He was not the lowest bid, but not the highest. They coordinated the BayREN reviews, took care of the permits, got the parts, the men and equipment,etc. The worked on some of the hottest days this year with no complaints and I now have one of the best HVAC system in a residential home in the Paradise Valley area. It is quite, efficient, installed with organization and professionalism. I can barely hear the air condition and when we tested the heater it took minute to fill my house with warm air, as compared to the old heating system that took hours. I am confident that my cost we decrease and my satisfaction will increase due to Andre's Air and his team, they did a GREAT job. Update 2/18. So we have had some issues with the heater from the manufacture and Andres Air has been fantastic and have work to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. Totally one of the best HVAC contractors I have ever worked 4/19 So after working with the manufacture for months, Andre and his team replaced my heater yesterday and did it within 4 hours. After the Napa fires, rodents came to our area and roof rats entered our attic and ate my heater. I had 4-5 different companies come in and give me a quote and they ALL said it was not repairable and I needed a new furnace which the minimum cost would have been $6,000. Andre was referred to be by my pest control company and he looked at my furnace and said he could fix it. A few weeks later the parts came in and he only charged me $850, a HUGE savings!! The first person that got back to me was Andre who responded quicker than the 24 hour shops that are in the area. What a great experience!! After the heater went out in my house two weeks before Christmas. I looked on yelp and found a local company that had good reviews. After they arrived, within 10 minutes the tech told me that the circuit board was bad and it would cost me 1000$ to replace. He then told me I would be better off replacing the entire heater for 3600$!! The tech was pressuring me by saying that we would need to order the heater within a couple hours if we wanted to have heat in the house by Monday (this is friday afternoon).As you can imagine spending that kind of money two weeks before Christmas didn't sit very well with me. I called Andres Air for a second opinion. Right away he put my mind at ease over the phone letting me know that the board could be replaced for way less than what was I told and that he thought he even had one in his truck. I had Andre's Air come out to do a check up on my heater before the winter set in last year and just to make sure everything was going to be ok. Well Andre came out to the house and checked the furnace and the thermostat, went up in the attic and got hot and sweaty looking here and there then came down and looked at me and said he wanted to check something and went out to his truck to get a special tool. Well seems that I had a gas leak in the furnace where the gas line connects to the heating element for who knows how long. He could have sold me something or said the furnace needed to be replaced since it's over 10 years old but nope. He tightened the fitting and checked for the leak again and sure enough it was gone. No extra charge all included in the checkup. Wow now anyone else might have tried to up sale me a new furnace but I don't need one yet but when I do I'll remember Andre's Air.
