My head was aching today with all the cleaning I've been doing! I reached out via Yelp for cleaning 2 couches (one leather love seat, one 84 inch couch) and a carpet. I had significant pet odor in the home, and I didn't know all the areas it was coming from. The owner of the company came out and assessed the situation. He was very honest about his capabilities - he said he'd be able to get most of it out. Also, his company does vents!! I had the vents cleaned, and the carpet and couches cleaned. Are you kidding me? I am effing pissed that I didn't call Daniel sooner considering how wonderful of a job he did on our carpet. We have 2 big stinky dogs that like to drool and shed , and 3 messy a** kids that like to spill food and drinks regularly. I finally had enough when my 8 year old son spilled a bowl of cereal on the carpet. I decided to call a few places to do a price comparison , and Daniel beat the competition by a fair margin. I booked Daniel for a Friday morning , and he showed up right on time. He came inside, looked at our carpet situation , and immediately went to work. He did a pet treatment, got out a few stubborn stains ,and left the rooms looking (and smelling) brand new. In total, he was at our house for about 2 hours. To my surprise they quickly answered and set up an appointment for the next day to clean the vents. Philip arrived and was super nice and very thorough, even showing me on the camera how bad the vents were. They gave the best quote and were the fastest to reapond. Daniel did a good job on the service, but it did take a while. When he first got here he went down to his truck to get his equipment but didn't come back up until like 45 min later. He said he was trying to find a water spicket. He used my bathroom sink which ended up making a mess and he didn't wear booties on his shoes so I had to mop the floors after. He was also not wearing a mask, which I would have appreciated right now. I wish he would of communicated with me on how long it was going to take. Also seemed like he was on his phone a lot. Overall, I'm happy with how my couch and rug turned out but a little more customer service/communication would have been Update in reaponse to the reply: I gave you 4 stars because I was happy with the service, but it shouldn't take 2 hours for 1 couch and 1 area rug. The cleaning itself took 30 minutes or less so the other hour and a half is what I wish there would have been more communication on. If you're having trouble with the hose, then communicate that, not disappear for 45 minutes. And thank you for providing masks, they should definitely be wearing them in homes and preferably booties.
