My ole lady is in the nesting phase of a quarantine pregnancy. We didn't have any huge spills or messes to contain, just wanted the carpet of our rental clean enough for the baby when he gets here. We chose them because they seemed the most upfront, least amount of hubris and took the time to show they cared. When Daniel showed up, he had a mask, booties and was ready for action. Phillip my technician came out and walked the areas that I needed to have cleaned with me, asked me questions and also helped educate me about my carpet and the possibility of some stains not coming out (which they all did). He took great care with the pre-spraying for stains, and took longer than I'm used to in cleaning the carpet (two hours verses the hour other companies have spent on my carpet). Daniel was great! We're the second owners of our home and the original owners clearly didn't do what needed to be done to maintain the little things around the house. We bought a new dryer late last year and we noticed recently that it took a long time to dry the items we put into the dryer.
