I brought my cousin into this place to get a storage space and when we arrived he was helped by joe he showed us two storage and my cousin got one when we went back to the office my cousin was doing the paperwork and my cousin had questions and asked joe before joe could answer the guy with the glasses would jump from where he was sitting and ask to go to the account and let him read the notes my cousin did not have an account yet so what notes? so then he starts going over the paperwork with my cousin and telling him the rules of the space and when my cousin asked a question the guy would glasses would interrupt them and try to answer for him I did not want to say anything but this is the six time that I have came in to pay my bill and ask what is the amount I owe and when I am about to be told by the person helping this guy runs to the computer and answer for them to me it shows the lack of respect he has for his co workers I love this storage place but it is so unprofessional to have some interrupt or try to put there input in when they are not asked my cousin came back the next day to get a sticker on his lock and asked a question about his bill and he said they guy with the glasses did it again the person who was at the computer was pulling his account up and the guy with the glasses stopped him to read an email before helping the customer and when the person that was pulling his account told him to hold off on that he got the first number out before the guy with the glasses basically yelled it out to my cousin after that my cousin left and told me all this I never had an issue until now I do not know if that guy is new but that is no way to treat customers that way I would of giving less stars but it wasn't all the other peoples fault they where helpful read more

first time moving out of my apt (since moving out of parents' lol) and needing storage space and this establishment made the experience extremely easy. the staff were excellent, professional but quite friendly and patient with all the dummy questions. Shawn and Grace especially, knows how to take care of people. i only came in to check out the place and ended up getting most of my moving needs from their shop. i remember it was st. pats weekend and the place was literally green (shawn's handiwork, i believe). decors left and right made the space attractive, upbeat and very festive which lightened my mood each time i went in because as one can imagine- moving can be somewhat stressful. i was truly impressed how management runs this business as employees clearly loved to come to work from the enthusiasm so obviously noted on their decorating efforts. aside from all these, prices were superb and very competitive and location is awesome. it was 2 mins away from my place near westfield plaza and a block or so away (soo close) from homedepot in case you needed extra stuff. read more

After a few days of internet searching the different prices, locations and overall ratings, I reserved a storage unit with A-1 Storage. They had great reviews and I can see why, that is ultimately why I chose this location. Shortly after reserving a unit I received a call from Grace as a follow up call. She was so nice and helpful on the phone, as I was not sure what size unit I would be needing. Less than a week later I came in to pay for my unit and was greeted by Shawn. She was very funny and nice to talk to, she made the experience very pleasant and I walked out there satisfied with my unit and location. When I called to ask about a lock, Patrick answered and was extremely helpful and thorough with all the information I needed. I stored my car at this A-1 Storage location for a couple of months, and the experience was excellent. Megan and Melissa at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I understood every step of the process when acquiring the storage unit. I vacated the unit today, but I would absolutely recommend this place. The storage units were clean and secure, and even with a lowered performance vehicle, I had no issues entering or exiting the facility without scraping my front bumper. Best storage complex ever!!!!!!!!!!! Alarms on all the doors of the units , cameras everywhere, the entire complex was extremely clean for being over 20+years old (I thought it was prob built recently). The staff was extremely helpful. I felt my happiness and accessibility of the complex was there #1 motive. Only needed to use the unit for less than 1 month, but will most definitely be returning if I ever need a storage again! read more

I rented here about 2 years ago, and recently needed a storage unit again, and the quality hasn't changed. Great customer service, convenient and clean lot, and 100% feeling of security when it comes to my possessions being stored here.
