Because of Paul, who manages this facility, this place is perfection. It is extremely clean and extremely secure (24 hour monitoring). I used the storage service from March 2015 to October 2018. It was my second time to rent a storage at A1 storage. They provided a clean and safe storage and good service. There are also free trolleys put in the entrance for customers. It is convenient you can pay your rent online or the on-site Kiosk machine. The manager Paul and associates were quite helpful. Having rented recently at other facilities in the nearby community, I can say from experience that the self-storage management industry is not known for its intelligence, let alone gracious customer service; it is often anything but. The manager here is Paul and I'd say his customer courtesy is exceptional. He goes out of his way to be accommodating and to serve the customer for the minor, but nevertheless important, needs that can happen in the course of a business day. I've been a tenant at A-1 storage for around 2 years. It's an extremely clean, well kept facility. I'd get freight deliveries every 3 months so spacing is accommodating to big lift gate trucks. We have rented storage units here in the past and are here again. This place is very clean and easily accessible. Plenty of carts to use for transporting stuff within the facilities.
