Uhhhh man.... Idk what to say about this place. They towed my van out of my lot claiming that I…read moredidn't have a permit. But I did have a permit when I parked it. Someone took my permit, whether it was another tennant it them, I can't say. But my lock had been definitely picked by someone. Nothing was taken but the permit, which makes me think the tow company did it when they realized they had taken a legit vehicle. They also popped out my rear bumper and damaged my passenger side wheel well. I KNOW they did it because the passenger mirror was also popped inward which requires a lot of force. The girl at the desk said she would tell the owner, but I doubt anything will come of it. The only positives are that they released the vehicle with no charge because the owner of my building told them they had to. What I found disturbing is they released it with no paperwork, no signature, they didn't even ask for my ID. I think maybe she was just trying to be nice, because they shouldn't have towed my car in the first place. But honestly, they're was something shady about the whole thing.

I messaged the owner, Jason Woscek, who never responded to me but sent his "lead employee" to my home to inspect my rims and assess the damage. I was told by his employee that all four rims would need to be replaced, and he further stated, "that is why the company has insurance". He took photos and said he would talk to the Owner, Jason Woscek. It was then relayed to me from the employee that Jason said I could simply "leave it as is" or he would talk to someone about powder coating the rims. The damage occurred on October 21st. I have heard nothing from the Owner directly, except one return text message that said "working on it" as he continues to blow me off and ignore the situation. While it is completely understandably that mistakes are made, what is not understandable is the lack of professionalism by the Owner of this company. The Owner has now ghosted me.

The guy at Aurora clearly didn't want to talk to me, didn't try to help out, and hung up on me. Meanwhile, as I was moving a car to make room in my driveway for the drop-off, the car i was moving stalled in the middle of my street and would not re-start, nor could I push it out of the street because the electronic transmission wouldn't allow me to put it into neutral unless the car was running. I had to leave it in the street while I went to meet Daut, the tow truck driver. Daut communicated with me several times leading up to the pick-up to update his status for arrival. I meet him at the pick-up and told him about my situation at home. He said he could probably help me get it into neutral. When we arrived home he was able to maneuver his truck to place the car he towed right where I needed it, despite my other car being in the way. He then he spent a fair amount of time helping to get the other car out of neutral and started, but nothing worked. Daut said he needed to go to another pick-up but would come back if I couldn't get the car started and out of the road while he was gone. While he was gone I failed to get the car started and out of the street. True to his word Daut came back and masterfully got my car, which would not roll, out of the street and into my warm garage!
