If you see the truck say hello! They are great guys and are very fast!

Well I hate that I have had to use them 2 times in a month but am happy they are able to come to me and work around my schedule. Flat on the spot is the way to go for my oil change, flat tires, and snow tire change over!! I have been using them for over 2 years now and love them. Never had issues and don't think I ever will.

Such an AWESOME idea: they come to you -- right in the comfort of your garage!

Got charged 45.00 to fix a flat. Called two other shops, both charge 30.00 and the woman who helped me was rude. Never again.

I got a nail - they came to the Upper Hillside & fixed it in short order. Totally worth the money!

Jason was incredibly nice and helpful on the phone and Loren was PERFECTION when it came to showing up earlier than expected, getting right to work and patching my tire for $60!

If you have a Volvo, Tarn and his team at Independent Auto are going to become your good friends…read more Why? Because Volvos, while nice, are one of the most unreliable brands of car you can buy. They are consistently in the bottom quarter for reliability whether you're looking at JD Power or Consumer reports. If you're a Volvo owner that doesn't believe me, either A) you got lucky or B) you value anecdotes over data. Here is the 2022 Consumer Reports Auto Reliability Report rankings of major automotive brands: 1. Lexus 2. Mazda 3. Toyota 4. Infiniti 5. Buick 6. Honda 7. Subaru 8. Acura 9. Nissan 10. Mini 11. I was "subscribed" to a Volvo for 2 years and, fell in love. At the end of the subscription, all my payments counted towards the principle and...it just felt stupid to NOT buy it. Now, Volvo is steadily making its money back through maintenance and part costs. This is a 2019 car (XC40) and, already, the driver's side seat heater stopped working. Tarn and his team looked into it, ordered another heating coil and...it still wasn't working. They said I would have to go to the Volvo dealership. You could tell that he said this with sadness in his voice. I have an appointment at Volvo for October 17th, they are charging me $200+ just to DIAGNOSE the seat heater issue. My previous car, a 2006 Acura TL, had 170,000 miles on it over 11 years and never had an issue with any of its seat heaters. Tarn was able to help with my 60,000 mile brake job. The brakes were grinding and his team replaced them for an eye-watering $1,570. After doing lots of research...that seems to be the going rate, not a hideous mark-up. Insane. It took a while for Independent to get the parts. I left my car with them while I was in Fairbanks for work for a week and came back and...they still didn't have the parts. They were kind throughout the whole process and explained to me the issues. And, when they finally attempted the seat heater (that they ultimately couldn't fix, sadly.) they gave me a Volvo loaner car to use, and they didn't charge me to diagnose the issue...as the dealership already has committed to.

We called and made and asked for an appointment for a heater issue, tech got on the phone gave a…read morecouple of suggestions for easy fixes. Which we did and found they helped but did not fix the issue. Called back and scheduled the appointment. Mechanic diagnosed the issue, got the part (heater blower motor) and had everything repaired the same day. We are thrilled and will be bringing the car here from now on. Price was great too since we had the car back and fixed the same day.

Can confirm: these dudes are awesome!…read more I usually take my care in for an oil change at a dedicated oil change shop. But, lately, they have been ignoring my requests. I have been begging them to upsell me, and they have been refusing. Easy stuff to do: replace wipers, why does the wiper fluid come out?, and why is my engine light on? But they just change the oil, do nothing else, and send me on my way. I decided to try some place different. Many of my trusted Yelp friends speak highly of this place, so I decided to give them a shot. WOW! So glad I did! I got here at 8am, it was dark and my spirits were low. The guy at the counter was really friend, despite his computer system being down, and took down my information on a pad of paper. I grabbed a free coffee and my friend dropped me off at work. At about 11:30am he called to tell me that everything was fixed, except the check engine light. He explained the error code to me and the pros and cons of investigating further. I chose not to and he said my car was ready! The windshield wipers they used are tough, Alaska tough. Using the wipers is at least as effective as a skilled homeless person/road-trip-partner is squeegeeing my windows at a gas station. Really happy I got all these little nagging issues fixed. Will definitely be back if (science, forbid) I need any work done! Bonus: they had some sweet dogs behind the counter, I love dogs.

I took my car to Rallys to get an estimate and I received a call from Stan a few hours after drop off. The heater core was determined to be faulty and leaking anti-freze. The serpertine belt was also wore out and need replacing. The quote was for about $1100 to repair everything. Ouch! I told Stan that I have an extend warranty on the car and he called the company. Unfortunately, the warranty did not cover the heater core. They replaced the heater core which took 2 solid days. I picked up the truck, but after a couple days I still smell anti-freeze. I return the car back to Rallys and they did another diagnostic which concluded the radiator was faulty. They had to replace the radiator, which finally fixed the smokey and smell of anti-freeze inside the cabin. The manager Nick said that they guarantee all their repairs, which he took the amount to replace my radiator, subtracted it from my original payment, and refunded me $550.00. My car is now 100% operational and I thank Rally and crew for getting me back on the road. I've dealt with many auto repair shop in the past both stateside and oversees, but I have to say Rally is the first auto repair shop I have encountered to exhibit excellent customer service, honesty, and fairness. I will definitely recommend these guys to friends and co-workers. Again Thank you Rallys!
