My veteran husband brought our daughter's car to this shop a few years ago, and they did an excellent job with a quick turnaround. So, when I was backed into recently, he recommended I take our truck there for an estimate. As his caregiver, it took me a bit of time to get the truck in for service, but I was hopeful. The person who backed into me was fully at fault, and their insurance company agreed to cover the costs either at my location of choice or one of theirs. I chose this shop because I had positive experience before. My only requirement was the estimate, as we had the resources to handle the repair ourselves; we just needed the insurance to process the payment. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. While Brittany at the shop was very nice and understanding, the communication with the other person's insurance was quite frustrating. I ended up without our truck for a month. Once the estimate was completed--which, while pricy, wasn't a concern since I wasn't paying out of pocket--the real challenge began. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication and delays between the insurance and the shop regarding payment. After several calls from both my husband and me to the insurance company, we finally saw some progress. I received confirmation that the payment was on its way to the shop. While I would consider returning to this shop in the future, it would depend on the insurance situation. I hope to avoid interacting with the other person's insurance company again, as it was quite a cumbersome experience. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. Somehow my Google review keeps disappearing so I'll post it here too!! Because this shop is ridiculous. They had my car for 4 months. After it being promised more than once (then the manager turned around and called my agent a liar) I got FED UP. I finally met with the Owner of the shop on March 7th because of how disgusted I was with the process. I had to convince him to take me to my car and to real no surprise it wasn't done. My car was there for MONTHS and no one noticed the rim sticking into my tire making it unsafe to drive?? No one noticed the paint that needed fixed or the scratches and damage still there?? I went OFF in the shop. There is also A LOT of personal property missing from my vehicle. They said it has been on surveillance the entire time but conveniently can't prove it. My car was then promised to be returned to me in perfect condition Wednesday March 16th. I was working, so they agreed to release it to my friend who they have also met at this point. My friend got there and my car STILL wasn't done as promised. It was disgusting on the inside. Dirt and dust everywhere - after promising it would be detailed before return. It also still has cosmetic work that did not get done. They have been absolutely ridiculous and full of empty promises. This will probably get removed as well but DO NOT trust them with your car. I asked for the owner to contact me and it's been 2 days and nothing. So, I'll write all the reviews I can. I am so unhappy. Run....I mean far far far away. The girl Brittany was nice and accommodating. The one star is for the fact they cover your deductible and offer a loaner car at no cost. The bad is what makes this place terrible. I had minor body damage. They over charge the insurance companies in order to make more profit and for your deductible to be "free". Which isn't totally true because they only pay up until $500 (even though they told me they would cover the full amount which was $600) when Brittany asked the manager about covering the full amount he yelled and cursed at her so bad.then told her it since she promised me it will come out of her paycheck!!!!! I have never heard anyone speak to someone so bad in my life! I felt so Bad for the girl! Then, They had my car for over a month!!! Other body shops quoted three days! I received no calls or updates. I had to harass and call to see what was taking so long. It was one excuse after the another. They kept saying my car would be finished and when I drive 30 mins to pick it up the date changes. They finally finished and put on a damaged part. I had to go back once again for them to replace the part! They then temporary fixed another piece and didn't tell me. The piece popped out days later and they refused to fix it. They claimed the insurance company wouldn't cover it but never told us. They presented the car to us as if everything was fixed! took my car there once when russins were there with no problem.. then 20 years later on the 15th of augest 2022, i took it here and waited almost 3 weeks to get it done. then had to take it back after i got it back, i found my fishing stuff missing, and the machainics gloves were left in the trunk and my rear bumper is stiff offset. was told from the manager (eric) that he can write me 1/4 of a check to replace some stuff that was missing. he lied straight to my face 2 times. and my rear bumper isnt still fixed so i guess ill have to call the claims guy to get my bumper fixed. and repainted. bad people bad judgement . not good rating, ill never take my cars there again!!! read more

Here's the thing: They pulled my phone number (my private cell phone number) off of the police report and preemptively called me to try to get my business. Never mind that I might be suffering from physical or emotional trauma--no, they need to spam my cell phone so they can get that paycheck. They're vultures who don't give a damn about how I might feel about getting a flurry of phone calls the day after my accident. Oh, and they also called me from a number other than the one listed on their website, possibly so I couldn't look it up and see who called me. Surprise, AA Precise Collision! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! they're nothing but trolls & liars. brittany is a narcissist who bullies people into thinking their the ones in the wrong when it's actually her then talks down to you & treats you like shit. avoid this place like your life depends on it. first off i'm from out of town so i have no knowledge of anything in columbus or where to take a wrecked stolen car for repairs. well after my hyundai was stolen by the kiaboyz. i had it towed to different repair shop first where it sat for 2 weeks without even being looked at. then i joined a facebook group for stolen ohio hyundais & kias for some info. here's where it gets bad...i had my car moved to this shop. BIG MISTAKE. brittany was clearly trolling the group to get business by promising a quick estimate & loaner car. i should've noticed the red flag waving in my face but but stupid me took the bait anyway since i was anxious & never had car stolen and was looking for some help. i called numerous times with promises of being kept in the loop but never was. so i called - again - & tried to get some kind of info on the car since the estimate didn't include half the stuff wrong with the car that i tried over & over & over again to get eric - the estimator/manager of what i don't know - to add to it. brittany talked down to me like i was a toddler. since she continually talked over me & lied to me yet again, plus being frustrated with this whole situation, i started to raise my voice to be heard. she said she didn't call me back because she claimed she had walking pneumonia, then as the conversation went on it turned into covid then into being on a ventilator for almost 2 weeks. then claimed her 'old man' had her phone and was texting me not her. liar. i talked to her on the phone when she supposedly was on a ventilator. i asked about the loaner - get this - she said the people that had it did damage to it and she didn't want to give it to my 'baby' since it was unsafe to drive. really? if that was true why didn't you call or text me that? because there was no loaner in the first place is why plus eric had no knowledge of a loaner for me. so she proceeded to talk like she was above me and condescending the rest of the call. i said i'm getting treated like shit & swore a couple more times in frustration and she said if i continued to swear she would hang up. ok. more was said. she promised to call me back in an hour and i said you go ahead and call me back but i wouldn't hold my breath because of your constant lying to me from the start. she replied don't tell me what to do. how does one talk to their customer like that? of course she never called me back. i never expected her to. eric also is a liar. promising to keep me posted but NEVER does anything. brittany claims it's just him and her in the office so they don't call customers back with updates. After a month I finally got my car... there were scratches on the side of my car like they bumped up against another car!! Then I look at the bumper and the bumper wasn't all the way put on. I had to stay an extra hour just so they can fix it. Bad customer service!!! they never updated me on nothing I was the one always calling them. And they also stole things out of my car. I got into my first accident ever and I was kinda freaking out because I had just moved on my own hours away from my parents. AA called me and my mom (because she's the policy holder), and explained their deal to us. They told us they pay the deductible. Which sounded promising. Britney is the one we were speaking to and it felt INCREDIBLY pushy and weird at first, but she really did take care of everything for me. I basically did no work and my mom said to go with them just for the sake of it being easier for me. The only downside is they don't actually pay your deductible fully, mine is 500 and the deal really is if your deductible is 20% of the damage cost they'll pay the entire thing. Not a big deal, but just for others to be knowledgeable. I ended up paying $180 which was fine by me. My other complaint is my first time going there, Britney wasn't even there. She was supposed to set me up with everything and I guess she didn't show up to work that day? And her boss, Pete, had no idea I was coming and he even seemed irritated. But was kind to me and took care of me anyways. When I went there again to pick up my car, Pete was supposed to take care of me and he just left. And other customers walked in and had to wait as well because he left? I was in an accident about 3 weeks ago. I received a call from AA precise promising me a rental, to pay up to $500 of my deductible, and absolutely perfect results. The first two held true. Perfect results, not so much. I went to pick up the car last Friday, and it was far from done. The chrome plating was flaking off my car's grill and the grill itself wasn't even mounted. Plus there was damage on my car that wasn't there when I dropped it off! Today I went and picked up the car and after getting home, I found that the hood wasn't lined up right, on top of, yet again, more new damage. They are willing to look at the issues to fix them, but it should never have been turned over to me without being fully gone over. I will update this after I see further results. Update 3-19: After giving them 5 separate chances to get my car right, they have failed repeatedly. My car is now two different shades of silver. My hood is misaligned. The stripes on my hood are at two different heights. They are clearly incompetent. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to rectify these mistakes. read more

I was a worrisome parent when I learned that my teenager had her first car accident while driving throughout the city of Columbus on a sheet of ice. I received a phone call from Brittany a few hours after speaking with my insurance company. She was very polite, caring, and wanted to provide me with a service during this wild ride. I was ensured that my deductible would be covered by AA Precise Collision and a tow truck was on the way to retrieve the busted vehicle. After completing the online authorization form and reaching out to Brittany for confirmation... I heard NOTHING! I reached out to Brittany again and was given some excuses for why she didn't respond: phone wasn't working right, she didn't see my message, she hadn't heard from my insurance company, and the authorization form didn't come through due to a system update glitch. I immediately called my insurance company and after reviewing the claim notes ... there was NO PHONE CALL from AA Precise Collision. AA Precise wasn't on my insurance company's verification listing. I reached out to Brittany informing her I was going to have my car towed and take my business elsewhere. She tried to plead her case of wanting to make the deal right and apologized. The ambulance chasing Chamaeleon finally showed up. My car was on their lot for four days and my releasing fees came to $935.00! Excuse me the price was reduced ... that was the five day total ... four day total of $893.00! That didn't phase me ... I paid it and I won't recommend AA Precise Collision to anyone, thank you. read more

Their "loaner" cars are a joke and junk. The only reason I needed a loaner at all was because they did not complete repairs completely or broke things in my car that hadn't been broken when I brought it to them.
