Do not use this company!!! I was forced to use them under my manufactory warranty. They never called me, I had to call them, wouldn't return my phone calls, I called my manufacturer warranty, they had to call them to get someone out. We set an appointment for 3/15/21 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. I had a bad feeling about them not showing up after taking off of work today. I called at 1:00 pm confirming they will be out and service my Z-Line Stove that's not working. Lady said the technician will call me if I'm scheduled. I asked for confirmation and she said she would call me back. Well...she never called me back NOR did he show up. So, I called Z-Line and submitted a complaint. i had an issue with my gas Kenmore Dryer not heating. I called All Brands and they indicated that they could service my dryer. The tech, after taking the dryer apart said that i needed a 787.00 repair for a gas valve and igniter. it seemed high so i declined the repair and paid 125.00 service call. I call another repair company for a second opinion and the dryer simply need a thermostat which cost 95.00 to replace and repair the unit. i called All Brand to voice my concern and got no answer or even an offer to refund the 125.00 that a paid for a incompetent tech. read more

They took my moms check, cashed it and never returned to make the repairs with the part they had to order. Despite numerous calls there has been no one there as promised and no call to tell her when they may come back. It's late in the day now so we know they've missed this days appointment. Wow.....first 1 star review I have ever given anyone, or any place. I placed a call on November 13th, telling them my dryer was overheating, and I needed to have a technician come out. I was scheduled for the following Saturday, on the 20th. So Friday the 19th I call to confirm my appointment set the week prior, only to be asked what was wrong with my dryer "besides it not working like we wrote down". Those words never left my mouth. From the very first phone call I had described my problem to the tee, even addressing which part needed to be repaired. Saturday November 20th comes, and I wait all day for someone to show up. I get a phone call at 4:15 pm from the technician finally!!! He then asks me....again for the third time, what is wrong with my dryer. He says "the part store is closed and I can't get that part until Monday". A week of advanced notice and they still don't have my part?!?!? I was told he can get it Monday morning and install it then, a day where I have to now take off work and lose pay. I set the appointment for today, Tuesday November 22, and was told he'd be here by 8am. At 8am, a call was placed to the technician because he was not here, I was told that he STILL needed to get the part. 1030 am, call #2, was told "we're still trying to pick up the part" 11:15 am, I get a call from the technician stating he has a flat tire, and that he was going to "slap the spare on and be on his way, I'm right down the street". 1:15pm a call was placed to the main office, wondering where, why, and how any of this was happening. "He had issues with his son, was running late".......so flat tire or issues with the son??? Finally at 1:30pm, the technician shows up and finishes within 15 minutes. I missed 6 hours of work, to wait around for something that I had requested A WEEK PRIOR. Inexcusable. I will rate this 1 star on every review, and directly NOT recommend this company for anything. Don't use them. I called them out and the gave me a bill for $600. Bill wasn't itemized for parts or labor just total I owed. I looked up the parts and found them to be $300 max. The man was in our house fixing the dishwasher for 30 minutes. I don't think that's $300. Also he was suppose to come back with clips to secure dishwasher. Not happy at all. Refrigerator freezer was not freezing...called All Brands and within a couple of hours a man shows up...within about 3 minutes he tells me he knows what the problem is..says he has 44 years of experience and knows what is wrong with my freezer...Great...wife really liked him....very friendly. He said can't get the part until tomorrow but will call in the morning with a time. Never heard back the next morning...called twice and receptionist said they will call you within 5 minutes....never happened. Finally got another service tech to come by that evening and replaced the freezer fan motor....next morning nothing changed....freezer still not freezing. Called the next morning and the receptionist said it might be the next day before they could get with me...I said I had an appointment and they didn't fix it....that should make me a priority...so later that day the guy showed up again and said it's the temperature control thermostat in the freezer that tells the fan when to come on and how long to stay on...can't get part till next day. Next day nothing.....called and threatened to call another repair service....so finally about 11:00 the guy shows up and replaces the thermostat....took about 15 minutes...said now you call me if it does or does not work by 6:00 pm. Thought I had his cell number but didn't so couldn't call him....7:00 am this morning....freezer registering 35.7 degrees in the freezer. Waiting 15 more minutes to call another appliance repair service to try and fix my freezer. I assume these guys just start replacing parts until something works....really hate to give this bad of a review because both guys were super friendly but I don't think they know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My 90 year old grandmother made the mistake of reaching out to this company for repair of her AC/Heating window unit. They had her unit for over 3 months, charged her a total of $350 for no repairs done. They did provide her with a loaner unit that did not fit in her window (was dangerously close to falling out) and allowed bugs to come into her house. They had excuse after excuse as to why her unit couldn't be fixed, they ordered parts that were wrong, then said they couldn't find parts. They never refunded any of her money and she was stuck with disposing the broken unit and has to buy a replacement one anyway. read more

The man that came out to do the repair was extremely rude. The guy was in a hurry because he had his wife in the truck so he rushed through the repair and did not check to see if his work fixed the problem. When I went to use the machine, of course it didn't work, so I had to call them back out to fix it. the man was, again, very rude, would cut me off when I was talking. He explained to me that he put a light duty part on the machine, figured it would work, but it didn't so he brought some heavy duty parts to fix it!! Why didn't he put heavy duty parts on from the beginning. I found the part online for $50, but he charged me $150 for the part and $150 for the labor!! I feel that they overcharge me for the work that was done, especially since I had to call them back. Very inconvenient to pay for a repair, then have to wait for him to return to repair it...The machine is now repaired and working great, just wish that would have happened after the first visit! read more

I called for a quote on an icemaker replacement for a 4 year old Samsung refrigerator. They quoted me $390 for the icemaker part alone...not including labor. I found the OEM Samsung part available online for $55 shipped 2 day with service manual - http://is.gd/HJlPWd - To say the least, I'll be putting in the new icemaker myself and saving a mountain of money. I understand that service companies need to make money to pay their technicians, gas for the trip to a client-site, and everything else as I run my own service business that makes on-site tech visits but what I was quoted here was downright PRICE GOUGING. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Friendly service and the repairman did a great job. I called about my Viking range and oven. They scheduled the service the next day; called when the repairman was in route and arrived on time. He was friendly and worked quickly to determine the problem and gave me an estimate for the parts onsite. He returned a few days later and was even flexible in working around my schedule. I do NOT recommend this appliance repair company to anyone for any reason. I called All Brand Appliance when my dryer went out May16. Here it is, July 23rd and I just got my dryer back in working order. The service tech did not know what he was doing and wired a new heating element in wrong. This caused the timer to burn out and they claimed they couldn't get that part any faster than 3-4 weeks because it was on back-order. Meanwhile I was able to find it on the internet with no trouble at all and when I told them where it was available, they told me I could pay for the part (that their service tech broke) if I wanted to do it that way. After 4 more visits and attempts to finish the job, I finally requested that they send someone else out that knew what they were doing. When the new tech arrived he was pretty surprised at how messed up everything was and had to take my dryer to their store, order more parts, and finally return it 5 weeks later. Unfortunately I had already paid them after one of his earlier visits when he told me it was fixed. Their customer service and communication was very poor the entire time. Tech would say he was going to be here at a certain time and wouldn't show up or call until sometimes hours or days later. What a fiasco! read more
