My most recent experience with Crash Champions in Deer Park, Illinois has been horrible,…read morefrustrating, and costly! I own 3 cars and have used Crash Champions on several occasions. Everything was fine until my last experience. After having an accident in September last year, , the drivers side panel was damaged. In September, 2024 Crash Champions performed the repairs for a total of $2900.00 of which I paid $500 with the remainder covered by my insurance. For some reason, they also replaced the headlight assembly on the drivers side. A couple of days later a friend pointed out to me that the panel was slightly sticking out. I do not have a good eye for these things so I had not noticed. I drove the car back to Crash Champions and while I waited they took the car in the back and brought it out 30 minutes later. It looked fine until I got it home and then saw that it had popped out again. I called the shop and spoke to the manager (name I don't remember) and he agreed to meet me the next day at 1:00pm. When I arrived he was not there and I waited over 30 minutes. I then showed the person at the desk the issue and left my car there. A few hours later they called and said it was fixed. It was not! They said they misunderstood and fixed another issue where a clip had not been installed (I had not even noticed). When I pointed out the true issue, the manager told me that the panel was not fitting snug because I must have been bumped in the front. I told them I did not believe it and that the work was not done properly. Even worse, they screwed up my headlight on the drivers side and the beam was now pointing down. I brought it back and they told me it was now fixed. It was even worse! I brought if back again and stayed there watching them aim it. It's not perfect but acceptable. However, my car has an adaptive headlight feature and now the headlight sometimes points up. I was fed up with them and vowed not to have them touch my car again. Today I took my car to the dealership and was told that the headlight issue is that the panel is due to the poor work done on not aligning the drivers side panel near the headlight properly. They also showed me (and I have the video from them) that several bolts and screws were never installed on the drivers side headlight. I would like this fixed properly and I should also be reimbursed for the gas and time I have spent on this issue.

When you take ur vehicle to them, they are friendly. When u pick up ur vehicle, they are friendly…read more POOR quality of work they do .Customer service sucks.
