They wouldn't work with me on getting this situation resolved. They didn't return phone calls. My insurance agent said I was supposed to do a 3 way call with them and State Farm claims and that didn't happen. Finally it got worked out somehow and I was supposed to bring my car in. They would usually call me when I had a claim but not this time and they didn't call me to pick it up. I was not given any paperwork. The work was done ok . Paint didn't match up too well but I'll live with it.

Good thing there was another car or ours would have taken far more damage. The shop service experience was pretty much straightforward, dropped off the car talked to the insurance companies and they worked everything out. There was a small issue with paperwork but that was insurance company related and quickly resolved. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last. Car accidents suck. Thanks A&A for making the post accident recovery a bit easier for us.

I drove over to Derek's. I was greeted with an intense aroma of paint and primer, as expected. A very kind polish man came out to my car with me, looked at it for a second and then went into the shop to grab a couple things. He returned and quickly buffed out the side of the car, no questions no anything. His only words "No Charge, have a good day". And that was that. For the price of a handshake, my car was as if nothing had ever happened. He could have honestly said that the clear coat was scratched and duped me into a couple hundred bucks....but he didn't.
