Instead of simply adjusting them, she responded, "Why are you asking me this now?" in a rude tone and threw her tools into her cart because she was upset. Later, I asked if she could paint one nail with a color I was deciding between so I could compare it. After seeing it, I politely asked if we could use a different color instead. She became visibly irritated and said, "This is what you asked for," then continued painting with the color I had just said I didn't want, even after I repeated that I wanted to change it. There would be dipping powder still around my nails and I would have to ask for oil to rub on my cuticles. I think I stayed because I was too overwhelmed to find another salon since there are so many. I mostly stayed because of the girl that did my pedi's, she was great. My daughter was visiting and she happened to go to Bella Nails and said how good they were, (she's extremely picky), I thought what the heck, my old salon won't miss me. Helen got me right in and was so grateful I came in. She showed more appreciation in 1 min., than my last salon ever showed. I understand why one customer said Helen was running around, it's because she is constantly getting things for pedicures to assure the towels are hot, and the rocks for massaging are the right temp. She is a very busy woman and is a hard worker, I didn't find her rude at all. I had a great pedicure, very gentle and did a great job. She also did my dipping nails, and WOW, she is so detailed. Remember when salons used to cut your cuticles if dry, well Helen does it, remember when you used to get oil and lotion afterwards on your hands, well Helen does it. While I was getting…read moremy nails done the lady was very rude and honestly, she left multiple times and was being not gentle at all with me. When it came to the application, I could tell she was rushing and just by the fact that she didn't even file them down and they were the complete opposite shape of what I asked for. My nails were super thick, and the French tip was very uneven along with the chrome being not even the color I asked for. Instead of square nails, she gave me duck nails and thick nails. After my appointment, I was so upset by the turnout my nails. I went to a different salon and got them redone and when I called asking for a half refund for the design, they told me no and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I will never be returning. Also charge me 70 bucks. Insane for the service I received.
