If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

I agreed, not realizing it was an additional $20 until after the service. About a week later, the same nail began to chip, so I returned for a repair. The visit felt uncomfortable and somewhat disconnected, with very little direct communication, which made the experience feel dismissive. During the original service, a handheld gel curing light was used directly over my nails and the heat became very uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better communication and consistency, especially with an upgraded service.

I went to get a full set, white tip and a spa pedicure. My pedicure started off great until the guy cut me and I started bleeding. He sprayed what I believe alcohol on it and tended it, but I was worried because he did not use separate polish and even opened up a new pink and used on the same bloody toe which I am worried for the next person as a possible health issue. He also had a bit of an attitude and was a little rude but it was at the end of the day so I understand, maybe he had a long day. After that I got my manicure, I asked for white tip, full set. I didn't realize until after I left that they did not do my cuticles, usually what all nail salons do before putting on the acrylic. I told them (the older woman and gentleman) about the cut and they put Neosporin on it which was nice. The woman (the mom) did my nails and she was super nice, I just wish the quality was better. The older gentleman was super kind too. Their pricing was also odd, I went on their website before going and was charged $55 for my full set & $35 for the spa pedicure with a total of $90. I didn't question her as maybe the prices changed and they did not update their website. She also kept changing the prices (like three times) in person when I was about to pay. When I got into my car I looked at my nails and the underneath of my nails still had acrylic bumps that usually other salons make sure that it's filed out. I also noticed that since she did not have me wash my hands before applying the acrylic, there were bumps in the nails and some lines (photos provided) I am sad because I was super excited to try this place and spend my Mother's Day here but would not recommend and will not be going back.

I was booked an appointment with Chloe as everyone says she is the best and does great work, which I can confirm is true after coming here! Chloe was wonderful and her attention to detail is unmatched. Never have my nails ever looked so good. She meticulously perfected them in an hour. While I only went with gel color she really shaped them beautifully like I asked for and they had a great selection of colors here which is always important to me. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience here given that it was so cozy and they played a great Korean cooking competition show on the back screen which helped the hour fly by. For $50 my nails looked pretty fabulous. My only upgrade is that I do wish a manicure came with a light hand massage / rub. My local nail salons do this but not here. Not a dealbreaker for me but usually ending with a light massage is my favorite part. Maybe it is an extra charge if I would have asked but most manicures include this. Overall though, still a great experience and I left a happy customer with my nails looking pretty cute.
