They are fair with their prices, deliver high quality work, and have always been kind and gone out of their way to finish repairs quickly and explain the process involved. I Do NOT recommend . First off I went in because I needed tires, I had a blow out in my rear tire and decided to just get both replaced. So, the tires were a little pricey and the labor charge was insane. But I value quality over price so I went for it. The tires are terrible (Michelin) it doesn't seem balanced and it just doesn't feel right. Usually with new tires I get this secure sensation when I ride ( not this time) Secondly, they were pitching me on other services that I found strange because I just had them done at a school with an instructor. Thirdly, on my way home, my storage box fell off my bike on the freeway, when I went back, they claimed they hadn't touched it, it was odd to me because, I ride everyday and had no issues. Lastly, instead of apologizing, I get a mechanic yelling at me saying i was at fault. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that he lives out of state. After all this mess I spent hours reading past reviews and found that others had similar experiences, but my biggest takeaway was how the owner/s replied to some of the commentators. I found it defensive, rude and never taking accountability, always deflecting the bad service or work they've done. Truth is truth, my review is based on my horrendous experience I had at this place of so called business.

Each person associated with the business that I interacted with was great. They answered all my questions, and made it a worry free experience. They offer delivery, and the while process was straightforward and easy. The actual store was really cool, with tons of bikes on display. The use of shipping containers was cool too! Mike and Ben gave me an easy, clear number to remember so I bring my scooter in for routine maintenance based on the specific scooter I bought. They also give me an itemized receipt of what was done and a heads up to what the next maintenance bill will cost so I'm not caught off guard. The guy (missed his name, please excuse) made you feel welcome as he quickly and efficiently changed your tyres. Shop was clean and organized. Chatty and friendly mechanic was clearly a lifetime rider (but as he was getting you in and out). I was promptly contacted after tyres I had ordered arrived at the shop and I was able to get on the schedule immediately. Efficient and no nonsense. I had ordered tubes that were nowhere to be found (shipped separately)-but they had my size in stock so no big deal. Fair prices for their work. Highly recommended with no reservations.

Every visit has been smooth, clear, and surprisingly stress-free. They explain things in a way that makes sense, keep you in the loop, and never make you feel like you are being upsold or brushed off. There is a level of professionalism there that is hard to find, especially when it comes to something as important as your bike. I am surprised that these guys have been in business for as long as they have. Why even have a wed site that tells the customer they prefer to give quotes over the internet and then don't even respond??? If I did this at my job, I'd be fired or eventually be shown the door. Weak! No wonder the general public think bikers are flakes. Is there any professionalism in the motorcycle industry??? I came in this morning and was greeted by two of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. They were both incredibly patient, thoughtful and empathetic while we discussed the damage and what my options would be. I came back at the end of the day to some very good news and the even better unexpected news that they would go over my estimate with me to see where I could save on sourcing parts for the repair! Given that the last two shops I went to straight up lied and fudged the hell out of the estimate(to the point where I almost lost my bike because they claimed so much that State Farm wanted to total loss it) I was obviously nervous about going to a new shop to potentially have the same thing happen. Jeff took my feedback on how the bike felt and I went with his recommended setup for reshimming/revalving and respringing the fork and rear shock.
