This review is after my 2nd visit to AE Kustomz but I did return for a reason! Arash has been extremely helpful and informative when I've brought my bike in. I also sincerely appreciate that the team was able to take my bike on a walk-in basis. My bike had previously sat in the previous owner's garage for a few years. They thoroughly looked over my bike and noted things that needed a once-over and/or replacement. They also installed my dashcam and fender delete and it was a very clean installation. All requested work was done in a timely manner and no extras were done without asking. I was given a rough estimate when I dropped off the bike and final price upon pickup. Arash was also able to take a quick look at my bent clutch as well. On the way home, the bike shifted like a dream! I didn't think it could be so smooth and thought the previous rough shifting was either age or me needing practice. Again, I sincerely appreciate the hard work the team at AE Kustomz puts in! It's bad enough finding a car shop, let alone a motorcycle shop that runs their business with upmost integrity. With that, AE Kustomz was first introduced to me by my cousin who started his riding journey a couple months ago. I have always heard great things about this place from him - due to the great customer service, the honesty, and last but not least, all the amazing work that was done to modify his R6. Therefore, I was already looking forward to coming here in the future for all my modifications. However, I guess it was time to come to meet Arash (the owner), sooner than expected. Recently started my riding journey and unfortunately, dropped my bike. My clutch was slightly pushed down and shifter was pushed in. My cousin immediately called the shop to see if we could bring it in since it was close to closing time. Arash, with no hesitation, allowed us to drop off the bike to get it inspected and mentioned he'll give us a call the next day with updates. Good quality service center: Work quality is where it should be. Check-in was friendly and relaxed - Arash is awesome. Pricing is transparent and fair. Would have been 5/5 if they would have kept the timeline given for repairs. When committing to bringing bike in, I shared that I needed the bike for a planned trip right after estimated completion time. Regardless, they only started to work on the bike after some days of it sitting on the lot on the last day before deadline. When they bumped to some unexpected problems in my bike, an extra day of work was needed. With this I missed the planned trip. Took my bike here to have some stuff installed. I have them install my new exhaust, frame and axel sliders and engine covers. Very happy with their work and a fast turnaround of the bike. Needed a tire change, so I called these guys up. Dude was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 better service than sporttech and better value. The tire change took about a day's time as I pulled up 2 hours before closing and they were done by 10AM next day. This shop will be my go to from now on. They also stock quality in-the-know stuff like hiflofiltro and motul oil instead of the k&n junk or the overpriced oem branded oil that others peddle. recently I purchased a 100 anniversary edition of Harley Davidson VRod 2003, with the purchased I received receipt showing the oil change and filter done by AE Kustomz they obviously installed the filter with a ratchet gun and installed the filter far to tight I have now went through over $100.00 purchasing tools to remove this filter and no success these guys are not very impressive take your bikes somewhere else read more

I blew out the engine (long story, entirely my fault) on my Triumph Street Triple and not only did he return my call at 10pm on a Friday during Covid-shutdown and watch me drop it off at his shop on the cameras, he took great care of the repairs. You don't often find people like Arash. I found him by accident and called to ask if he would help me take out an over-tightened oil filter on my bike (two other shops had refused me earlier). His is a busy shop, but he agreed to have me ride over the same afternoon. He managed to find the time to attend to my unscheduled job, even in the middle of his regular work.
