Spoke to an employee over the phone explained to them the situation at hand my wife caught a flat. I spoke to someone over the phone gave them the tire size and spoke about pricing for a used tire $55. When my wife arrived they told her $67 by that time the tire was completely flat. They knew they had us and could charge us what they felt was right. I called all the shops around and found out the price in the area was $65. Why did he try and up charge my wife for $2? When confronted he said the lowest he could do was $65. How is that operating with integrity nothing honest about that move. I gave them two Stars for location. Everything else deserves one star. I pulled in and asked to have all my tires checked, prior to going on a road trip the next day. Their prices are higher than Wal-Mart's tires. I purchased two new tires. I wanted four new tires, but they only had two in stock. He wanted $90 per tire; I got them for $85 each. Balancing and rotation was not included. Another $18 bucks. So, remember when I pulled in and said...,(I want all my tires checked). Well, how was a nail stuck in one of my tires over looked? Thank God I noticed it! After they removed the tire, not only was I shocked, but they were shocked as well to see a couple of patches missing from the tire. SMH After I hear your car is ready, tell me why the low tire warning light was still on in my car? Once again I told them how they did not do a satisfying job. So I after damn near wrecking on Hi45 because my tire tread came completely off and took my front bumper with it.I went to shop ask to speak to the manager and HE WAS RUDE AS HELL NOT CARING ABOUT THE POTENTIAL FINANCIAL BOND HE PUTTING ON MY I BROUGHT THE TIRE NOT EVEN A MONTH Ago but anyway the manager was so rude even after showing my bank statement he still refused to provide any services on my car while I was there the assistant manager ((the little white guy)) was getting his ass chewed out because a man was saying they sold him a "dry rotted tire" tht should've been my red flag but anyway SHIT PLACE SHIT WORKERS I DONT RECOMMEND read more

Bought my van to the A&A tire shop to get a wheel alignment and two used tire this past Saturday and the tech assured me my van was not going to wobble or shake, when i drove my van home to Galveston Tx from lamarque Tx i had to put on my flashers cuz my van was shaking and felt like i was riding on a train tracks , called the shop Monday for a full refund and spoke to the tech he told me the tech that worked on my van had been doing bad work on other vehicles that he would no longer be working there and the owner called me later Monday and I explainded the trouble i had driving my nissan van to Galveston that i barely made it there lo and behold took my van to ntb national tire and battery and my 3 of my lugs nut on my tires were loose like i can remove the lugs with my fingers!! i could have had a very bad accident!! the owner of the A&A tire in lamarque tx told me to give them a chance to remedy the issue that could have caused a very big accident and the alignment was a fail!! had to hold my wheel straight cause it was pulling hard right and the tech told me they couldn't do anything about it.
