My husband got a night job two hours away from home and he only had one night off to get our tires fixed. We ended up needing all new tires and our rent a tire people came in clutch. We got there an hour before close and they didn't even have the tired we needed. BUT Katy and Melissa went above and beyond! He was prompt and very professional with his knowledge. After quoting me a price for tires over the phone I drove to the store where I was prepared to make a purchase on just tires. First time ever getting rims for my car, I walked in and Henry went to work right there and then. Was unsure of what I was looking for but Henry was able to point out some rims that were practically made to be on my car. I must say that I was very pleased with the work that was done and at an affordable rate too! I thought I only needed air in one tire, but your tech checked all four and found at that time they were all low in air pressure. They helped me pick the tires and rims that would fix my car best, and set up a payment plan that worked best for me. Since the rims I purchased were not at their location when I signed my paperwork, they had them shipped and on my vehicle same day and in a short amount of time. All of the staff is super nice and helpful and available to answer any questions I've had about my account, my tires, etc. They always get any issues I have resolved immediately without complications. I called just looking for pricing but the sales guy was so Persistent in me coming in that I eventually did on a Wednesday. They weren't very busy, but the process does take time. I didn't end up getting them because I needed my monthly payment to be $100 for wheels and tires and what I liked was too expensive. I wasn't willing to change my taste level for the $$$ but I don't harbor any bad blood towards this store because I'm picky.
