So they had to order a new one, but then charged me again for the installation and the disposal of the damaged tire they sold me initially. That's just horrible customer service, especially since we have gone to them several times. My wife noticed that and asked workers to fix it and make it even at 33 psi. After making an attempt to avoid extra work, worker made a comment that pressure is like that bc it got colder and will go down as wether get back to normal. (I'm my understanding of Science pressure will go up, not down, as temperature raises) So he took car again and brought it back, after short period of time, with 39, 38, 36, 40 psi in the tires.... Not to mention that tires valve caps were missing... I do not recommend this place!!!
