After arriving in Kansas during an ice storm I used what little bit of fluid was left then the next day my wiper blades were shot!!! So fast forward; I drove to OKC got a hotel and my bestie met me at this place. We went in and told them what I needed at first some kid tried to tell me what he thought I needed then I looked at the guy behind him and said I am a veteran with many years of vehicle maintenance, I know exactly what I need for my car. Things changed very very quickly, the older gentleman said he had this, the other gentlemen got everything I needed, and BOOM I was set! I then realized my tires no longer had the $80.00 a piece sensors in the tires no longer, instead now have the $2.00 new valve stems in them. I can't believe they didn't even come ask they just put my sensors in the trash, and carried on about there day. I'm really mad about this because now my low tire light is on. I know how to bypass it. I just don't want to do that.,Honestly . I'm hoping the next person heads the warning, and just goes to a real tire shop instead.

I got the car back and noticed the front end felt weighted down and breaks where not as responsive, readjusted tire pressure, gave it a day but couldn't get over how the ride just went to hell in a handbag and felt like someone slapped on two 10 ton bricks on the front. Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory. I thought you get what you pay for but with Car Experts you pay more for less. Wish I would have just gone to a dealership, could have saved money and probably got better parts and service. Now I have to figure out what they messed up, thoroughly dissatisfied.
