Wow... what a way to run a business... Ordered a door mirror (Supposed "A" condition part) from A and B Auto Parts this past Monday via their website and had it shipped to my office in Dublin. Not only did the mirror show up today with several gouges and scrapes, but also a rather large-sized crack in the painted portion of the cap. I called to see what could be done about it and they said that they would refund me if I shipped it back, but that "I would have to eat the shipping cost" (approx. cost $25) despite the fact that there is dirt within the crack itself (proving that it was cracked before it was pulled from the vehicle) The only other solution I was given was for them to refund me $25 for the condition of the part if I planned on keeping it. How are you going to refund me $25 if I keep it, but won't refund me $25 for shipping the part back to you due to YOUR carelessness? $25 = $25. Common logic must not be prevalent at this place and for that reason alone, I highly recommend not doing business with them. What is even more aggravating is the fact that the lady that answered the phone stated that, "I packed this part up and shipped it out myself and there is no way I would have had I noticed the things you've pointed out" (paraphrased) If you are reading the reviews of this company, hopefully you take heed and steer clear of this place as I should have done. Look at the photos and judge for yourself.

We are very dissatisfied with the way that our vehicle service was handled. After keeping our…read morevehicle for two days and completing a diagnostic, we were called with the results and what was owed for the repairs. We okayed the repairs and once completed, we picked up the vehicle. While driving it we noticed that there was a smell of antifreeze, we decided to drive a few more days thinking that the antifreeze would burn off. It didn't, so we called Evans Chrysler Jeep Dodge and let them know what we discovered. They told us to drop the vehicle back off, which we did. After an inspection of the vehicle, that contacted us stated that there was an additional $3,000.00 in repairs that were needed. This is not only an unexpected cost but also a significant inconvenience due to the extra time. I want to know how was these other repairs not discovered during the initial service? I expected some form of discount or adjustment to compensate for this poor service. They did offer a discount of 10%, but I feel that is unacceptable and I feel that we should not have to pay for the diagnostic, since it clearly did not locate the issue. I will go back or refer anyone to Evans Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Dayton, Ohio. And not only is the customer service at the dealership bad, but the customer service is not any better. There is a language barrier, they are very rude and talk over you. After asking for a supervisor several times, they transferred me to a receptionist who then transferred to "a" dealership, not even the one that has my vehicle. I can't say how disappointed I am with the level of customer service I've received. This experience has been extremely frustrating and not what I expected.

Worst experience ever. After having purchased a low mileage, Chrysler Pacifica from a different…read morelocal dealership, we went to this location and bought an extended warranty and had our regularly scheduled service done there. This summer we discovered some hood corrosion and so in October when I went for an oil change it was brought to the attention of the service advisor who told us it was covered under the extended warranty that we had. He mentioned it would take several weeks to hear back and we would be contacted. so in December I decided to follow up. I spoke to the service manager at that time who informed me that it had been written in, but that the official process to Chrysler had never been completed. He assured me he would now follow up personally, and make contact with Chrysler and get back with us. Over the following months, I called and left three messages and never got a return call. As the owners manual suggests, I then called the general manager. In March when we talked, the general manager informed me that they would not help me in this matter. He said they do not do Chrysler corrosion claims and I would have to find help elsewhere. Wow Not only was he rude abrupt and displayed a complete lack of care empathy or concern about my experience. He abruptly said bye and hung up on me. What a horrible experience I've had at this dealership. I experienced the Chrysler rust and corrosion nightmares of the early 1980s and I'm having flashbacks.
