I've had this system for some time and it has always been finicky. I called All City and they were at my doorstep in 20 minutes. This was no routine service. It really required quite some intensive diagnostics, because they system was old, discontinued by the manufacturer and the low voltage system in the house powered everything from alarm systems to landscaping lights. Other techs would have probably told me to replace the whole system. All City persevered and went above and beyond in finding the issues and repairing to perfect operating condition. Great company--great tech! Highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises. BTW, their prices were more than fair. Despite the difficulty and much extra time needed, they honored their estimate. Impressive.
