Deep fried to perfection, the Gordita serves as a real man's taco stuffed with protein, beans, veggies, and topped with sour cream and cotija. Was also able to sample three of their meats with this order since there are three gorditas to an order which makes for a big meal. Glad to report that their asada, pastor, and campechana proteins were neither gristly or fatty and were great in their deep fried paradise. Served with both a red and green homemade hot sauce, can be as spicy as you desire. They do have a small table setup against the truck so if busy you might be tailgating or huffing it home.

I had purchased VIP tickets through LivingSocial, which was totally the way to go. VIP got you in an hour earlier and access to the distillery tent where they were pouring delicious local spirits, experimenting with some cocktail combinations, and also had a VIP-only BBQ tent that was handing out free samples.
