The menu is pretty standard, a few meats done Chicago-style with a few rotating sides, so you know basically what you'll get. BBQ is expensive anyway and we're clearly in the era of $15-$20 food truck meals, so be aware of that. I ordered this via Uber Eats and I was not happy. I am giving 3 stars because I don't know if Uber…read moreapp failed me or the food truck. My biggest issue is I didn't get what I wanted - I specifically asked to have my ordered prepared without an ingredient and I got it, so I was mad. It also took forever. Uber said it would be 15 min. More like 30. My order was "still being prepared" according to the Uber app for the first 15-20 min, so I think it might be the food truck's fault. The location was only 2 blocks away but I ordered online because the streets were full of drunk and aggressive men, so no thanks. I got tostadas as well. They were pretty good and so was the sauce. The tacos were ok (those had stuff on them I requested not to have - onions). Weird to have a Cuban food truck do tacos and they were a bit different from normal. Eh. It was also interesting that tacos came with a little guacamole container. I didn't care for it - a bit watery, but that could be due to transportation by Uber Eats and it sitting a while (driver was lost and incompetent). I looked up the business and it seems like the owner cares a lot about their company. I see no one has reviewed and I feel bad that I had a negative experience and that's going to be the first review. Again, it may be a very diff exp in person, so consider that.
