These guys are beyond amazing they were very patient with me after the serial and model numbers were hard to read and I reached out to bissel for that info never rushed me when getting that information assured me that my vacuum would be working in 7 days and they replaced my entire vacuum amazing people definitely coming again if I have trouble with any of the others I have 10/10 read more

Cruz and his team have kept my Rainbow system running beautifully for over 12 years. When I take my vacuum in for maintenance if a part is missing the repair people will replace. They have kept her up to date just like she was new. read more

I was referred by Bissell to this company. The minute I walked in the owner started upselling me away from Bissell products. That was very rude and obnoxious. They charged me $100 and my machine was not repaired. I took it back and he yelled at me was extremely condescending and rude. I bought my vacuum cleaner from them 20 years ago, it is a clean fan design they said would last me a long time for much less than $500, after all of these years, it doesn't just still work, it still out works all $100-200 range vacuums! They still are glad to see me come in, I still haven't spent $500 (including bags). They are real people who take good care of everyone who comes in. read more

Excellent customer service and fantastic prices for work and vacuums. I brought in a 12 year old vacuum that needed quite a bit of work to bring it back up to original specs. I had to take my underperforming Dyson to Powell's and, after a 45 minute drive, I had plenty of time to get mad. These guys were awesome and made every bad idea worked up go away. Courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I walked out feeling like I was dealing with someone who knew what they were doing. The repair took twice as long as they quoted but that was due to a problem with Dyson (that's a whole different and very negative review!). These people are the best! I've had this Riccor vacuum for 23years. Yes they have fixed it a couple of times. That's what sold me on it in the first place. It's not a throw away vacuum! It can be rebuilt or repaired. My wife loves it. The customer service is outstanding. I used to be a Snap-on Tool dealer. We prided ourselves with an excellent product and fine customer service. This place was great! I was debating between having my vacuum repaired or just getting a new one. I called and they said they would give me a free estimate. It was a little out of the way, but so worth it! Laura took 10 minutes to check the basics, found a blockage and sucked it out, and I was out the door free of charge!
