And based on positive previous experiences, this was my first stop. So I checked out their selection, noted prices, and ultimately decided to shop around before pulling the trigger. That was a mistake. I wasted half my day at the other used appliance shops, most of which ooze shadiness. Then on to the big box stores. The Orange One literally quoted me three weeks for delivery of an oven they have in stock. The Blue One told me they will deliver, but do not install gas appliances. And of course, both of them were considerably more expensive anyhow. So I went back to Appliance Liquidation Outlet and bought the original oven I saw this morning. They loaded it up into their delivery truck, followed me to the rental property, hooked it up, and hauled the old one away. All in the matter of an hour. Don't waste your day. Just go here first and support a local business. They have the best reviews in town for a reason; large selection, helpful staff, fair prices.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!

Hooked up the meter and checked it out. replaced the part and all was well. Timely and efficient service. unfortunately, we had them back out twice as the issued wasn't 100% resolved. But they came back both times and worked the problem until resolved. no extras, no extra fees. Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

Mike was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about fixing our dryer. Initially, we only needed a four-prong plug to be converted to a 3-prong outlet. However, as he tested the unit he noticed a strange 'clicking' coming from the dryer, something I'd been used to hearing for the past year. Upon opening the machine, we found that the drive belt was so worn that a chunk of it was rubbing against the inside! Mike did not pressure us to fix it, and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. So he stayed a bit longer to get the job done, saving us the cost of calling him back out. Definitely a great service, and I've kept their card - should any of our other appliances break, I know who to call and ask for!

This is an upgrade from my original review…read more I originally wrote a review on the Ryobi Screwdriver set to use with a 3/8 impact set. Several straight bits the tips off and the phillips drivers all rounded the head and sides off. That prompted me to write the review. Several weeks ago I head from Alex from the review management team. We exchanged some emails and I then heard from Allison stated the set was not the RYOBI standard in workmanship. To my delight I was sent the replacement set and the bits in question are all marked for impact use. This is quality customer service which is not often found in businesses. I have updated the new rating to 5 stars. I have several RYOBI tools and will continue to obtain more. Thanks again BFord
