The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). This was not an inspection -- it was a drive-by. He missed obvious, widespread tile floor cracks throughout the house, issues so visible it's hard to believe they were "overlooked" at all. When I asked him to come back and re-inspect his own miss, he had the nerve to say it would cost another fee. Because of this incompetent inspection, I lost $5,000 backing out of the home. This company didn't protect me, they cost me thousands. Total waste of time and money. This is a bullshit company with zero accountability. If you don't want expensive surprises after you're under contract, stay far away. You will absolutely regret hiring them. Never recommended.
