The massage was painful, but dam, if felt the muscle being loosened up if that makes sense. The needle therapy was uneventful. First time ive tried it. I was a little scared, but didn't even notice it from a comfort perspective. I definitely felt one tingle a nerve as it went in. Walked out of there with some relief. Maybe 50% improvement.
