It stays busy so there are lots of other furry friends to play with. There is always someone in the play yard (indoor leads to outside) supervising the dogs, and they are sure to clean up messes quickly. The dog pens are roomy enough with a slightly raised cot and you can bring your own blanket and toys so your pup feels at home. My little guy seems happy when I pick him up and doesn't show any signs of not wanting to be there when we take him so I think he likes it well enough. :) Update: This time once we got him home he started having diahrrea and vomiting. We had to take him to an animal hospital who said it was due to the stress of boarding. He was tested for parasites/worms and was clean, but they said it was a common thing for dogs to be stressed. :( ... just wanted to let other yelpers know.

Instead of calling the owner, staff chose to reach out to my veterinarian and wait on a response from them while my dog sat alone, isolated in an unfamiliar environment. I only found out because, something in my gut didn't feel right. So, I called to get access to the webcams, an hour and a half after dropping him off and when I checked I didn't see him. Immediately, I called back to find out where he was and I was advised that he was isolated in a room, in an unfamiliar place, I immediately got in my car and headed to picked him up. When I arrived and demanded they bring my dog to me, he was visibly scared and confused, and the front desk staff seemed unaware of what was going on or the reason for my frustration!! This lack of communication and care is unacceptable. If vaccinations were an issue, my dog should never have been approved or accepted that morning. I would not trust this facility with my pet again.

However Jill did an awesome job at keeping my nerves at bay (sorry for the really long list I left you!!). Communication before and during the time we were away was really good; and I looked forward to my daily updates on how they were doing. Although our cats were struck with a sudden shy streak and would hide from her when she came in; they were eating and drinking normally so they clearly weren't missing us that much! It was also nice to come home to our mail in a nice neat pile and our trash ready to be picked up.
