Dr. Park is awesome! I don't go to the dentist because of the horrible experience I've encountered with other dentists and yet Dr. Park is very professional and straightforward of what needs to be done. He was very patient to explain the procedures in detail which calmed me down because I was well informed of what's coming. I live 40 miles away from Dr. Park's practice but I'm more comfortable coming here than anywhere else. It was a great experience. Like most people the dentist has always been my least favorite place but the level of professionalism and comfort provided by Dr Seirafi and her entire staff has made every single visit easy. Great experience here. I went for cleaning and since it was my first time they did X-ray. This was the first time that a dentist explained in detail what he looks for in X-rays, what is normal, what was wrong with my teeth and why it was in need of dental work. THE MOST PLEASANT DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! First appointment/consult + x-rays is FREE!! They only x-rayed my problem area. I didn't have to suffer through x-rays that I didn't want to do. I came in as an emergency patient. I was in town visiting friends and one of my fillings came out while we were eating. I couldn't wait until Monday to get it fixed at my own dental office. Luckily A+ was open on a Saturday! As a dental professional I am very picky. I didn't mention anything about my profession. And I was amazed! Pros: 1. Very professional 2. Clean and well kept office from front to back...and yes, I looked at every detail of the instruments. Very osha compliant 3. The assistant and the front office staff were so inviting, especially for a Saturday walk in! 4. Dr. Park educated me and showed me that my tooth may end up needing a crown in the future. He is very conservative. He could've easily made money off of me because I came as a cash patient but he didn't. He was honest and straight forward. 5. When I got it looked at by my boss (dentist), she said he did an excellent job with my filling and that he is correct...it will eventually need a crown. Cons: These complainers on his Yelp. Good dental work is not cheap! If you want to pay cheap, well...you get cheap. Don't pay for motel 6 price expecting the Ritz Carlton service. Thank you, Dr. Park! read more

CONGRATS! Your search for a dentist is over because you just found the best of the best. I no longer dread going to the dentist because of Dr. Seirafi alone!! I used to hate going to the dentist.... until I met Dr. Seirafi. Her and her staff are incredibly professional and knowledgable. She talks you throughout the whole process so there are no surprises. Unlike other dental offices I have been at, she personally does the cleanings and puts so much care into all procedures. As an added bonus, you can watch anything on netflix while you are there with a TV in every exam room. I would add a sixth star if possible but I can't. Do yourself a favor and go see her. Meant to review A+ Dental after my first cleaning five months ago, but never really got around to it. Today I had my second dental cleaning at this office, and I'm just as happy as I was the first time. Dr. Seirafi and her staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and professional. The facility is very modern and comfortable -- you can even watch Netflix while you're getting your procedure done! Another thing worth noting: my cleaning was actually done by Dr. Seirafi herself, not a hygienist. And maybe I'm just used to overpaying, but the prices here are VERY reasonable. I've had really bad experiences in the past at other dentist offices so when I came in I was a little nervous, but from the minute I walked in the door I was completely comfortable. I didn't have to wait but maybe 5 mins. During my consolation Dr. Park sat with me and explained tooth by tooth what needed to be done. He was very thorough. I was so pleased, that I made an appointment for the next day. When I went in I was seen immediately and Dr. started working on my teeth. I was at ease because I was able to watch either Netflix or listen to Pandora while I was being worked on. The quality of the work was the best I've had. I went to get one of my front two teeth filled at this office over a year ago. It is now a year later and I have Finally found a solution to the pain and agony that this whole situation has caused regarding the procedure performed on my tooth. I went to this location and saw Doctor Park on September 14, 2020. At the beginning of my appointment he asked how it happened. I explained, he said that "he was glad it didn't happen to him and that he wouldn't know what to do", chuckled and then prepared to begin. Things started out fine, I showed him a picture of what my teeth looked like prior to the accident, he looked at it for two seconds and then said "goooot it", these two front teeth are mostly about achieving symmetry. Thinking that we were on the same page I leaned back in the chair as he proceeded to start the work. He first gave me a shot to numb the area, and I will admit it was one of the most gentle and easiest shots I've ever taken. That part he did get right. What was to proceed, however, was horrific. So, once I had been administered the shot and the medicine had settled into my gum and I was numb, he performed the procedure. He said it would be quick, that we'd be done in about 15 minutes or so and that I'd be good to go. He performed the procedure and when he finished and gave me a mirror to view the result, I was horrified by what he had done. It looked like a disaster. It looked Nothing Like my original tooth. I went in with straight, white teeth that were perfectly aligned, but with a small chip in the corner of one of the front teeth; and came out with a buttery colored, grossly over filed, square shaped, pointy edged tooth that was misaligned and shaved down too short. He had shaved off the Other Side of my tooth and had aligned it with the shorter tooth to the left and not the longer front tooth on the right. So, essentially, I was missing more tooth than what I had come in with. Nothing about that tooth was right. He sat back in his chair with a satisfied grin on his face, as if he thought he'd just done a spectacular job and was awaiting my praises, while I looked on in the mirror in horror. I was in shock. I tried to voice a few of my concerns but it was so messed up that I couldn't tell exactly what had happened. I had to get alone and look at it in a more comfortable environment to properly analyze what had happened. He told me that he'd had to do it twice as he didn't like the color on the first go around. He had done the second proceedure without my knowledge. Frustrated and a bit scared by the results, I went ahead and paid the balance as I wanted to get out of there and go look at it to see if I could really tell if I could deal with it or what he had done to it by myself. So I went to my car, took a good look at it and immediately realized that he did not do the job right at all. I then immediately went back into the office and explained to the front desk assistant my concern. She had an attitude and was frustrated but told me to go back to the same room I had just left out of and that she would call the dentist. She had a bad attitude and was not trying to hide it. It almost seemed as though she got away with that behavior unchecked on the regular. She got on my nerves, but she was not the dentist, and I was in crisis. She got the dentist and after I explained to him my dissatisfaction, he went ahead and agreed to do another procedure to try and satisfy my request. I'm not sure what happened but long story short it was not what my tooth look like originally, it was still the wrong color it was still too short and horribly misaligned. I tried one last time to guide him in reshaping the tooth (by trying to give it a softer cuve along the edge) but it was in vain as he simply responded with something along the lines of, "point out the problem so we can see what you see" or something even more demeaning and hurtful. I was thinking "if you can't see what I see then what the f*** are you doing being a dentist"??? He even tried to shave down the bottom of my other front tooth to match the length he had now made the filled tooth, and had the nerve to laugh when I pushed his electric file filled hand out of my way and said "no". He even left an imprint of his electric file in the middle of my tooth where the bonding started. There was no recognition of this imprint or attempt to blend it out. I feel like I went in there with more tooth while in it's damanged state than I had when I was leaving in it's "repaired-state". I was very angry and upset, but I kept my composure. How dare you shave off more of my tooth and call it a repair? No. I do not recommend this dentist. Maybe if it's a petty job something that's like a slosh and wash, x-ray or a back filling (and even then try to do your own filling first. It's not that hard!), but nothing serious. This dentist is not to be taken seriously. I feel like he took the job I requested as a joke, and I regret I ever went to him. read more

I don't have the greatest of teeth, and he didn't judge! The facility and equipment was very up to date and the office had really comfortable exam chairs. I'm glad I found A+ Dental. This is not a dentist who keeps their word. I scheduled a cleaning and when I went in for the cleaning he took X-rays and told me everything that was wrong with my teeth, but didn't give me my free cleaning that I was scheduled for!! Not cool. This is a perfect example of how a doctor tries to get you to pay more $$$. He wanted me to pay for a deep cleaning and told me that that was all he was going to do. Even though I was extremely clear on why I scheduled the appointment in the first place. It was to use the free cleaning that I get twice a year with my insurance. Wasted time out of my day and they didn't even give me the cleaning that I was promised. Bad business. Unfortunately, all about collecting money for this dentist. Never again. Dr. Park and staff are amazing. Friendly in all aspects. From the minute you sit down they make you feel welcome. Dr. Park listens to the patients needs and then gives his expert opinion and advice. I went in to get my two front teeth replaced. Chipped teeth... Sad to say, I avoided the Dentist office over the years, because every time I went they would just bill my insurance for x-rays and other non-related work to my teeth that did not fix my problem. I visited Dr. Park, emailed him my X-Rays, and asked him what I wanted done. He gave me great options. He fixed my two front chipped teeth with two crowns. The process was fast. I had my temporary teeth that same day...came back about a week later and my new teeth fit perfect. He then recommended other teeth that I may want to look into later down the line. It has been a shamefully long time since I've been to the dentist, and I was totally freaked out to go again. I had my 1st appointment and x-rays and such today, and it was really a perfect experience. No one judged me about my history, and everyone was as nice as could be and focused on making me comfortable. They outlined a plan for my teeth, and are very clear about priorities, costs, and everything. Dr. Seirafi is on maternity leave for a few months, but the replacement doctor was very nice and the support staff was stellar. So happy to be on a path back to teeth wellness. read more

Finding a good dentist isn't easy. I will admit that I was skeptical when the practice changed over to Dr. Park, but I have to say that his care and skill have far exceeded my expectations. When I heard that the previous dentist had sold her practice, I wasn't sure that I would remain a patient.
