Decided to get lunch at this spot and the order got called in. I ordered the mussel pasta. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and gave my name. The food was ready and I paid and left. When I ate I added a little pepper. I ate and it was pretty good and pretty filling. There was enough mussels and while a tad salty, it wasn't bad. Go elsewhere. Was a regular at their downtown location, but since moving to new location? I've been twice, but no more. Everything is bland: mussels, pizza, garlic knots, Arancini, eggplant rolatini. Ordered a nice cross section of fare and none was worth ordering again. The new name of this restaurant is called Paco's Pizza and restaurant. A friend highly recommended this place so this is my first visit. Nice that it's on spring Street and you can walk down the street by all the new stores that are making look spring Street much more modern and clean, very nice. First impressions: it's cold, white and feels like a traditional cheap pizza parlor. However, if you can close your eyes and ignore all that insightful cold atmosphere you will have an amazing dish. I had two different kinds of pizza the people that are nearby table had the meatball calzone I think it was a meatball sandwich. By 7:00 all the tables were filled so it's good to get there by 6:30. We had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the chicken marsala. The crust was perfect, a little crispy but still a little doughy and everything spice was in the right amounts. You can bring your own booz but they will give you a mason jar to drink your wine out of so I recommend you bring your own wine glasses. Other than that I would recommend you do take out only because it's so cold in there. Mostly it's because there's no foyer so the cold air just blows right in every time someone enters the building. This will be my next to go for a wonderful take out experience, and I can eat it in the comfort of my home. The only reason I give it four stars is because it's cold and kind of cheap inside. You're eating off the paper but the menu is amazing and reasonably priced. read more

Stayed at a local hotel for a wedding, got this delivered to my hotel and it was amazing. We got pasta and a Stromboli. Food was still super hot too. Would return all the time if I was a local considering their extensive menu!! read more

Only giving this 1 star because negative is not an option. My kids wanted pizza last night so I went to A&G's website to check the menu. There is an option on the screen to "order online," so I clicked that. I completed the online order, through slice, and waited the hour it said it would take for one pizza and a bowl of soup. I got a call an hour and 10 minutes later from a very rude female employee saying that the driver had tried calling me a bunch of times and she tried calling a few times too. I have bad service at my apartment, expressed that no one knocked on my door and she said the driver told her he left it at the door and we hung up. I checked, there was nothing there, so I called back. She then told me, again, that they both tried calling me a bunch of times. I then told her, again, that I have bad service at my apartment and that no one ever knocked on my apartment door, rang my doorbell or buzzed my apartment from the lobby. She then informed me that their delivery people do not come upstairs to individual apartments for deliveries, that they only come to the lobby and then they call the phone number on the order. She then told me that the driver left it in the lobby and I told her if it's not there, I will be calling for a refund and she told me I would have to contact slice for a refund before hanging up on me mid sentence. NOWHERE on their website does it say that they will only bring the order to the lobby and then will call your phone. Every place I have ordered food from ever in my entire life has brought it directly to my door, as I would expect them to. The driver couldn't even have the decency to walk 3 feet to ring my apartment number from the lobby. Not only is it absolutely disgusting to leave a customer's food in the lobby of an apartment building, but it is a pandemic. My food was left sitting in a hallway with god only knows how many possibly infected people for more than 15 minutes. When I went down to get it, someone was smoking a cigarette in the lobby that it was sitting in. I threw the food directly into the trash. I'm telling everyone I know about this experience and I will never be ordering from this establishment again. You'd think that during such a difficult time for businesses that they would at least be considerate enough to properly communicate with their customers and not hang up on them. read more

Great food at a good price and proportions. AG on Spring street is awesome however don't make the mistake I made and had gone to the one on Newton Sparta road. That AG restaurant is HORRIBLE! Not sure what happens but since the original owner sold the business last year the food aNd service has gone down the tubes I love 2 miles away and the food shows up after an hour and ice cold. I mentioned it to the girl working behind the register and she was like we are really busy with a nasty attitude not very friendly as the old owners were. The food has not been the same quality and tonight I went and picked up a calzone because I did not want it wait and hour for cold food, well it was nAsty and tasted like it was days old not like it used to taste and there was barely any cheese inside ... all I can say is the old owners should not have let them keep the name... read more

New Jersey is known for its pizza....but this pizza is some of the best I have had! This place is under new Ownership and although I only had the pizza, the other meals and complete menu looked absolutely awesome. I can't wait to go back and try many of the other dishes. I live 2 blocks away and decided to give this place a try. I had heard of it and was craving some local pasta. I got the linguini and white clams. It was nearly exactly what I was expecting. I was very pleased and will be getting food more often. It comes with a salad that was very fresh. Blue cheese dressing was excellent. Nice chunks of blue cheese.
