Great atmosphere plus a job well done. Although it was super-busy (and likely a bit stressful for the staff) when I got there due to several walk-ins arriving in the middle of last-minute preparations for an imminent customer-appreciation event, everyone was just lovely in their interactions-- employees with customers, owner with employees, employees with each other. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I was also treated with great care and attention by the young woman who did my manicure and pedicure, and she did a great job. The owner came over and checked on me during the pedicure. I was just visiting Las Vegas, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to return. But if I lived closer, it would be worth a drive. I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating! I do not recommend anyone come here! It's located in a ran down area, there are homeless and drug addicts lounging outside of the salon. The owner of the salon was very overbearing and unpleasant. They were short staffed so I could not get everything done that I attended to. When I went to use the restroom, I noticed how filthy the floor and baseboards are, behind the toilet was filthy! They obviously don't clean and sanitize everything, especially the restrooms. It was very sketchy from the moment I arrived. Don't waste your time or your money. I won't be back, I'd rather go to a more professionally ran salon and be in and out with no problems! There are much better salons in the Las Vegas Area, don't come here, keep looking! read more

My feelings are very mixed on this place. The massage was amazing. I highly recommend Candido. However, I went here for a pedicure twice. The first time was fabulous. The second time was awful. The owner was short-staffed that day and my 35 minute express pedicure turned into 2.5 hours of sitting in the pedicure chair. She was answering the phone, the door, and at the front desk at times. I could understand all that, but she was very distracted and she hurt me. She was using the rasp and was too aggressive. I pulled back from her stating that I was hurt. She apologized and said "Oh, I went too deep." My heel was stinging and sensitive. She applied a skin treatment and it calmed down a bit. After I paid the full amount plus purchased extras and tipped her, I knew I would never go back. BTW, it took 2 months for my heel to heal. It was difficult to walk on during that time. She removed several layers of epidermis. I am so disappointed too. I really liked the vibe of this spot. read more

My nails look pretty good from a distance but aren't nearly worth what they cost. I got a fill with gel color and the shape is consistent, however it is starting to come apart from my natural nail after less than a week. I got a marble design and it looks like a blob, and on the edges of every nail, part of my real nail is visible. For twice what I pay at home, it was not nearly as good. read more

I had a great experience. This place is not your typical nail salon. The inside is decorated to look like you are in an enchanted forest. The owner is also a Reiki practitioner and the store has crystals and incense and other holistic health items for sale. It makes the atmosphere much more welcoming than your run of the mill salon. I had a gel manicure and pedicure with the owner. They were running a bit behind and I had to wait for my appointment. But instead of just ignoring me and acting like appointments mean nothing like many nail salons, they offered a complementary foot massage to apologize for the wait. Which was amazing. Totally get it. I considered taking off a half star because she was a little rough while clipping my cuticles, but it didn't really bother me that much, definitely not enough to take off a whole star. This is a different place....... I found this place on yelp driving around i drove around trying to find it was a little hard to find ...... The outside for a moment kind of scared me looked "differenet" not in a bad way but in a way i wasnt use to I went in as a walk in they took me I believe the owner took care of me ... I wasnt sure what kind of gel i had already on my fingers and toes but she got it off no problems i also told her my nails are sensitive due to having acrylics for so long she didnt hurt me AT ALL which is very new most nail shops dont care at all ......im also very ticklish she made it work As a new client i got some free treats that was very nice l!!! So disclaimer I've never gotten any of the spa stuff done. I've only ever dealt with the hair stylist so my review is about that. I have a nail artist I'm loyal to. Well anyways let's get they this. I only ever use Groupons and I've always had a different stylist. That is because every time I go there a different person for "textured" hair. There was even a period they they didn't have one. So being said I always use the same one. It comes with wash cut style. They would wash dry and straighten. However this last time I messed up. I needed my color fixed. I really didn't need anything fancy or complex. I ended up getting the high lights Groupons and decided to work it out at salon. I have many options at to what I'm willing to do. I was was also informed today I'd have to pay extra for flat iron. I was under the impression it was considered a style. She said it was fine print but I didn't see it I screenshot it so she can't change it later. They only decided to do something after I brought up Google reviews. I'm not gonna change my review if you screw up I'mma call you out on it. I appreciate y'all reading this I'm nearly done. Somehow we came to decide to dye my hair pink which is what I technically wanted. Well we ran out of tubrs. By this time I'm just like what ever. Just do something. Evidently I should have been more specific. I'm not saying it's that bad but he's not worth the exorbitant price she quoted me for next time. I used a Groupon so it was practically free. I can't complain to much but I have to walk around like this lol. Oh the best part she refused to flat iron. She told me I'd to pay another $45 I think. So I left with puffy semi wet hair. Stopped by to see the waiting time and price for a regular pedicure. A young gentleman, who greeted me and was quite pleasant, quoted their two options: $35 and $55. I passed. On this side of town in the hood-er parts of Vegas ... a regular pedicure for $35?? Come on. Nails Tips just feet away on the corner of Maryland Pkwy and Sahara Avenue is $25. The place is tucked away in a strip mall and has a different vibe than most nail salons. Paula (the owner) took care of my mani/pedi and it is one of the best I have had. My hairdresser, Gabriella, was professional and nice. The salon uses all organic and natural products that do not damage your hair. I left with shinier and healthier hair. Alyssa was my tech and front start to finish she constantly asked how everything was going, if there was anything else needed, my preferences, insured I was comfortable ... Fantastic experience with A Harmony Nail & Spa! We had the strawberry margarita manicure and pedicure. And they managed to squeeze us in and hour early for the couples Swedish massage. We could not resist but to upgrade to the color therapy during the pedicure, which offered a wonderful blend of essentials oils and a sugar scrub on legs and arms. Our favorite was the strawberry yogurt mask on the legs and arms that leaves you feeling great afterwards. Thanks to Paula, Alyssa, Sierra, and Maggie we had a great time!!! read more
