The olive oil for bread dipping had full cloves of roasted garlic, absolutely delicious. For dinner, we had a spread: * Eggplant Parmigiana - tender, rich, and perfectly layered, over a bed of pasta * Chicken Parmigiana - crisp, juicy, and deeply satisfying, our son's favorite * Spaghetti Carbonara - creamy, balanced, and not overly heavy * Penne alla Vodka - a comfort dish done with precision, just right.
