The professionals from District Rodent Authority came in and did a full inspection of our apartment -- behind every appliance, inside closets, places we would not even think to look. They sealed off all entry points and put down bait stations, and advised us how to deal with things like pet food storage (sturdy plastic container, no bags!) and before long, I stopped having to emit blood-curdling screams at seeing a mouse race across our kitchen floor in the middle of the night. after 6 months, we saw a mouse, called DRA back, and they promptly sent Saeed, who like all his colleagues was super prompt, professional, and sealed up a hole a mouse had re-opened behind our dishwasher.
