The back of my car window was smashed and I went in for my appointment the following week. When I went in I had to take work off early only to be told there was no rental vehicular left but Kenny inspected the vehicle and said the window would only take an hour to fix and come back the next day at 3:30 pm and wait in the office while it's fixed. So the next day I took work off early again and went down there only to be told by the glass guy that they didn't have the right part because he wasn't told the exact car type. When I went in to talk to Kenny about it he couldn't care less. He told me that Toyota parts are hard to get cause they have to "come from Korea or Japan." A couple problem with that excuse, first being that I drive a JEEP not a Toyota! When I told kenny this he said "ya them too" . I work for a Japanese company as a foreign trade zone specialist, but even if I wasn't I highly doubt Jeep OK all right it's gout, parts come from Japan or Korea. Secondly if they didn't have the right part, why make me come all the way down there and take work off for the second day in a row just to have to do the same thing for the third day in a row the next day. When I told Kenny the glass guy said he could get it the next day so there's no way it was coming from Japan. He said great so just come back tomorrow and we ll get it fixed. The nice lady at the front desk told me you can just come Saturday morning so you don't have to take work off. Anyway they got it fixed Saturday and I'm happy with the fix, I also gave them a new part for my tire trim which they installed for free hence the reason for 3 stars. read more

I can't say enough great things about A-Pro Collision. Super friendly and helpful staff, they truly helped make this already stressful process so much more manageable. From the day I dropped my vehicle off, Kenny kept me very informed and gave me reasonable expectations which I really appreciated. Every stage of fixing my truck was efficient and timely. My truck ended up being done about a month sooner than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. No delays with them, and it was very fast and easy to get in through our insurance, GEICO. It's now been about 3 months since getting my vehicle back, and I haven't had any issues with the parts that were re-installed. Part of the reason I'll be sticking with GEICO as my insurance is because of these guys. The Insurance adjuster told me after inspecting my vehicle that it would most likely be totaled. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Dealing with this shop has been such a nightmare, they really need to work on their customer service skills. Here's the full story. About two months ago my husband got into an accident that busted the front bumper up pretty bad. Once we got insurance information all figured out we had the car towed to A Pro Collision Center, they gave us our estimate and said the car would be done in 1-2 weeks. About a week in we didn't hear anything from them, which is fine since they said it could take up to two weeks, but we decided to call the shop and just see if we could get an update. The person I spoke on the phone to was beyond rude. He was acting as if by calling, I was wasting his very important time. He wasn't able to give us an update and told us to call back the next day. We called the next day, and once again they were very rude to us. They did give us an update though, and said the car would be ready by the following Thursday. Well, Wednesday came and the shop called us saying they needed an addition part that needed to be ordered, so the car wouldn't be ready until the following week (this also made our estimate higher). As crappy as it is that they only gave us a days notice, it was understandable since there isn't an actual Mitsubishi dealer here. The next week came and they updated us saying the car would be done by Wednesday at 12 pm. I arranged with my work to be able to leave the office to help my husband pick up the car, as well as arranged for someone to pick up my child from school since it was a early out day. Around 11am they called and told us the car wouldn't actually be ready until 2pm....well thanks for that hour notice, now neither my husband or I would be able to pick it up.... but guess what! Doesn't matter, because once again we got a call saying the car wasn't ready. This time it would be ready by 11am on Thursday. Thursday came, we got a call, now there was a 50/50 chance it'd either be ready by 5pm on Thursday or FOR SURE 11am on Friday. My husband called the shop and spoke to the manager, she was very nice and apologized as well as knocked $200 off of our deductible. While we were still irritated, it was a nice gesture. However, Friday came and once again the car wasn't done (even though they said it would for sure be done.) Now because of the weekend, it'd be ready Monday afternoon. Monday came, we didn't receive any calls from the shop so we were very hopeful/ excited to finally get our vehicle back. We ARRIVED at the shop only to once again be told IT WASN'T FINISHED. What a waste of time. Now (if you're still with me) it was once again to be done Tuesday at 11am. Well now it's Tuesday, 6:00 pm and i'm still carless. They are supposed to be done tomorrow, but I doubt they will be. It's been a month now. I honestly feel like we are never going to get the car back. We have no rental car, so getting around with a small child has been such a struggle. I'm ready for this nightmare to be over with. I will be sure to steer anyone I talk to away from this shop. read more

This was the absolute worst Auto Body experience ever! They told me my truck would be ready in 8 days, but when I called in 9 days they tried to blame it on the insurance company, which the issue in question was addressed within the first 24 hours. Then they told me tomorrow for the next three consecutive days, which honestly wouldn't have been such a big deal if the woman at the front desk wasn't so darn rude, every time! Then I just picked up my truck 2 weeks after it was dropped off and the bumper was NOT replaced and there were still indentations, another dent at the bottom that was not very visible wasn't even addressed, and the color was ridiculously off. I don't even understand how they could in good conscience try to pass this off and hope... That I wouldn't notice or just accept it. I am also fairly certain that there were additional chips/scratches in the paint that weren't there before I dropped it off, but I will reserve the accusation pending photographs that they say they take upon handover of the vehicle. And I'm completely shocked that this is a Geico certified shop! Never have I seen body work done half as badly as this place. I don't care who's paying... don't go here! read more

I was rear ended near the "Spaghetti Bowl" a few weeks ago and this was one of the body shops I found through the GEICO website. I checked out the reviews and decided to go with this body shop. I was greeted by Brittni who helped me through the process of getting the my vehicle inspected and the claim sent. Everything was setup in less than 30 minutes which was a plus. I also met Kenny who helped with scheduling the day I would bring in my car. Kenny also called up Enterprise for them to pick me up. My vehicle was in on a Monday and I picked it up Wednesday afternoon. The car was washed and vacuumed. Great touch there. Everyone was professional and made me feel whole again. A Pro is great! I drove in to get an estimate on a "minor" repair to my truck's back bumper after I had a slow speed collision with a tree while trying to parallel park. It was knocked out of whack just enough to keep the tailgate from opening properly. Kenny came out, looked at it and gave me a $300 estimate. He told me that the work could be done in a day and they could do it two days later. I brought it in and it was fixed and ready three hours later. This was the third estimate I had gotten. The first one was slightly more, but the work couldn't be done for four weeks. The second estimate was from Fix It who wanted $3000. Knock on wood I won't have any more wrecks, but if I do I will definitely use A Pro Collision Center. read more

I have had the unpleasant experience of being to this shop 2 times. Both times I had a very bad experience the first time I was there my the paint job they did was bumpy and my bumper was crooked and they did not replace my bug shield. The manager acted all stressed out when I mentioned what I noticed then when I got him to come outside and look at it he told me to set up another appointment and they would fix my other issues and then td me to go to another shop and pick up a bug guard. So I set up another appointment and sat in the office for hours until they told me ok your good to go. I went to get my truck and noticed the bumper was pretty straight but the paint was not fixed. I just wanted to get out of there. unfortunately I had another problem with a ding in my passenger door I was told by Geico to go to that shop. I asked the m if they could fix what was not fixed last time when they fix my door they said sure. When I picked up my truck I noticed that they did not fix that and had to set up another appointment. So I did and it still does not look that great and I just noticed when they took apart my door on my passenger side they broke the handle and just sloppily put it back together. The new shop asked me were I had the previous work done because they glued the rear panel in place which had popped loose in the more recent event.. Kenny did not keep his word on 3 occasions after a subpar repair job. My car was returned after repairs with headlights and running lights that did not match - the running lights weren't even the same color! The headlights were different intensity. He told me he would fix both problems if I came in early on the weekend, but only fixed the running lights when I came in. After promising to get the parts for the headlights, I did not hear back. I have now called back twice and he again promised to get the parts and do repair for free. Still, MONTHS later, still no parts and a living with a subpar repair on a Mercedes. Your insurance provider likely provides other options when selecting a repair shop -choose somebody else! read more

My car was hit by a deer and my insurance sent me to A Pro Collision. When i arrived everyone was so nice and Enterprise Rent A Car is there on site! I dropped my car off and left the office in a matter of minutes (didnt have any questions). Ken the manager bent over backwards to meet my concerns with my windshield. They brought my car to Safelight for a safety inspection, and it passed! When i came to pick the car up (after a week not having it), i was pleasantly surprised! My car looked amazing and the washed and waxed it and even put shine on the tires!!! And because one of my headlights was broken and then replaced, Ken offered me to bring my car back on Saturday so they can buff out my old headlight for free so both headlights would match!!!! (The old headlight service wasnt covered under insurance because its wear and tear) I am glad i brought my car here! No complaints at all with A Pro Collision Center! read more
