    They made my baby brand new like there was never even an accident. AND they cleaned her real good. I'm so happy to have my baby back. Everyone was really helpful and kind throughout the process .

    The only reason I'm giving Pro Collision Center 5 stars is because I couldn't leave more! They described what needed to be done step by step and answered all my questions. Work was completed by the promised date and within the estimated price. I attached a few pictures. Kenny and his crew are as good as they come!

    I had a repair through Geico for a rear-end collision from someone they insure (the other driver was at-fault, so no charge to me). The staff that I interacted with were professional and courteous, so I will give them that. The repair was completed pretty quickly, but perhaps too quickly. The rear bumper skin doesn't line up cleanly with the adjacent quarter panel that was also repaired. The clear coat on that same quarter panel had a drip/blob on one of the terminating corners, and that came off when I probed it with my finger and exposed the paint underneath (it must not have been fully cured yet). The door seal on the rear lift gate was not fully set, and I had to fix it myself when I got home and had saw it. There were also several areas where the paint was scuffed or dented from some kind of contact while wet. There was also paint blistering in several areas. Additionally, there were visible green marks along the margin of the lift gate and the bumper that were not removed prior to installation. The paint work must have been finished the same day they called to tell me my car was ready because the fumes were powerful for several days. I had to open the car door and lift gate where paint had been applied to air it out for a few days. I do not believe the vents were blocked to keep fumes out during the paint application because the smell of chemicals inside the car was terrible. The two center vents were manually closed when I got the car, but the side vents were still open, so chemicals may have settled on the interior of the car. I could not drive with the windows up until it had more fully been given time to air out. Overall, the work was of generally poor quality. My car is old enough (2015) that I don't want to bother with the hassle of trying to get the work corrected because I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze. If it were a new car, I would be pretty upset though. This is the only Geico approved repair facility, so I gave them a try for convenience with the rental car they provided me during the repair. I would go with another repair center if I were to do it again.

    When the Owner Wayne thought it was a good idea to garnish all the technicians wages by 8 dollars per week to clean his own penthouse inside the body shop and restrooms. Pictured here is a reimbursement check from one of my Co workers. I was there for almost 1 year I got fed up seeing on my stub -8$ minus 8 dollars, minus 8 dollars. Me being new I had to ask what was this for. Minus 8 dollars???? To clean the penthouse and bathrooms I was told ... oh that's weird. Collectively, all the techs paid this. I think there's was about 12 techs at the time when I was employed. So plus or minus a couple of techs, Wayne was charging us little guys collectively around $100 per week to service his own facility. Sounds like a bunch of crazy crazy. Me being me i find out from the cleaning lady that she gets paid only 40 dollars per visit which was around once a week only. That was the straw the broke the camels back! I approached and talk to the manager after calling the labor board to know my rights. That being said they were in the wrong! I demanded I get my 8 dollars back for 47 or something weeks and did. Just want to let you all know that he is a douche bag for even conjuring such a scheme. Would you trust your vehicle in the hands of a shop owner that'll do this to their employees???? You be the judge. Zero stars and zeroF%#^& A Pro Sucks along with there devil Lizard Supplier GEICO and will probably rip you off and hide it in their paper work. Check out this reimbursement check. What a freaking joke! Him being really really really old I can't wait till his out the game and makes room for more honest shops. Best regard to anyone who avoids this shop!     Can I give this place 5 stars for NOT working on my car?? Let me explain -- my car had been making…read morea noise like an RC car running out of juice and the guys at the auto part store said the alternator was going out. Lovely. I had called a few places around town and ZZZ was able to (A) get me in right away, (B) provide a precise quote for what I thought was the issue over the phone and (C) make me feel immediately "safe" with them in that first call. When asking if I wanted refurb or new parts, the price was about $150 difference. I originally said new, but they advised me about the warranty on refurb parts and not to feel scared of it. I appreciated that they didn't just take my money. Once I arrived, I told them about the previous convo at the auto store and they did some diagnostic tests, all while letting me stand there and watch. About 10-15 minutes later and some dusting stuff off they're like...nah you're good. If anything I needed a new battery, but they said even that was in pretty good shape. They offered to install that for me if I wanted, but basically said that I could just go. Since then, my car has been totally fine! A less ethical place could've easily just cheated me, charged for XYZ or installed a new alternator anyway. So they didn't really do work on my car this time, but their honesty 10000% earned my business for the next time a problem arises.

The results were described in a clear manner and I was provided with a clear outline of the further steps. The diagnostic work was of good quality and did not have any unnecessary additions. Pricing was negotiated beforehand and the final price was in line with the estimate which was fair value of the service offered. The process was generally well-organized and clear, and I would go back in case I require additional help.

We were staying the night and looked on Yelp for reviews to investigate. We found Dustin's shop and we're going to try to visit the next morning thinking it was a minor issue and we would get a quick fix. We get to his shop 15 minutes before he opens and we explain our situation. He has a busy schedule and had no obligation to help us as we were just passing through but he said he would take a look and ran some tests. He had some initial thoughts and tried a few things related to a MAF sensor (including cleaning and then replacing it) but something was still wrong. He and his team finally isolated the problem with a fuel exhaust sensor, replaced the part and did more test driving and got us back on the road that afternoon. Dustin and his team were kind honest and thorough and we truly appreciated his work and detail. He could have easily given up or just reset the codes but he cared enough to identify and fix the issue. This gave us peace of mind when driving our car the remaining 2000+ miles to get to our destination. Thank you Dustin!

I called to make an appointment for fluid exchanges as my car is nearing 90,000 miles. Before they scheduled the fluid exchanges I requested, they offered to do research to look into my specific make, model, and year to ensure that the items I was asking for would be due and pertinent. They called back within 10 minutes, gave me the research the found, and suggested a transmission exchange service and brake fluid exchange. I dropped my car the morning of my appointment and they were done before 2:00. This is the first car shop I've been to that doesn't smell of oil and tires. And the men behind the counter were dressed nicely in button down shirts with ties. They explained what the services would entail and what they should help with. And boy did my car sound and drive better than she has in a while! I recently went online to schedule an oil change and it was the easiest scheduling platform I've used. I even was able to get the day I wanted! Thank you for your exceptional service, care, clarity, and honesty. See you all soon for my oil change!

    Called them ask how long to diagnose a radiator problem…read more They told me 1-2 hours. Fixing the radiator depends on the diagnosis. That makes sense. So I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment for a diagnosis. Took the day off. I got there at 8;45 am. They told me they could not diagnose it till 3:00 pm. I showed them my email with a 9:00am appointment They said, oh most people just drop their car off. Their appointments have no meaning. English words have meaning but not to them. I'm sure you can't tell them most businesses just give me the bill and I pay it later in the afternoon
