The Eggplant Parm is a 10/10 for about $13. The portion is perfect, bread is fresh. I've had both the semolina bread and the ciabatta bread. Both are great. They use fresh cheese and a lot of the time, the eggplant just came out the kitchen. They toast it nicely for you so it is HOT when you get it. I've had the Italian sandwich as well, also about $13 and they use a lot of nice Italian meats like prosciutto. Tons of flavor from the meats. 8/10 Their hot food like the pork loin is cooked well and usually only a few dollars per piece. Let me start by saying I live locally andand I've driven by this gourmet Italian deli hundreds of times, but today was my initial visit. Shame on me all these years for passing up this incredible family owned establishment. Being that it was my initial visit, I had to basically try everything. Italian special sandwich, pork loin, rice, balls, chicken francese, potatoes and broccoli rabe were out of this world fresh and delicious, felt the love with each bite. It was absolutely amazing homemade fresh mozz and fresh cutlets and everything was just unreal. I took my wife here because all she likes to eat is Korean food and I wanted to broaden her horizon to other types of food. She likes to only eat vegetables and fish and not really a fan of meat, I'm the complete opposite. I told her she wouldn't be disappointed. She wasn't disappointed. I ordered an Italian hero with peppers and she ordered a eggplant parm on a ciabatta. Both did not disappoint and together probably weighed 6lbs. The owner (I'm guessing is the owner with his mom) kept saying he'd be surprised if she could finish it. She finished it but is currently knocked out from a food coma and hasnt moved for over 4 hrs. While eating she kept saying "I'm going back in the morning" and kept asking if they are open on sundays. To top it off the owner(s) are super nice and I like the family vibe coming from here. My 2nd day at CVS. I offered to get lunch for my pharmacist and the tech and myself. We wanted the same thing, and my pharmacist wrote it down on a blank piece of prescription paper. The lady took it, analyzed it, and went on to tell the guys in the back to make them. Then, she came back with 2 huge rolls already made and said, "We don't have ciabatta, is a hero alright?" To which I replied smiling, in my famished state, "Yeah sure."
