I had a leak in the garage from the toilet on the 2nd floor. I filed a claim with my warranty company and was blessed to be assigned A Reemdy Rooter and Plumbing. Anthony called me the next morning and was able to come out the same day. He was patient with me as I explain the problem on the phone. He texted me 15 mins prior to arriving. When he examined the bathroom, he tested the ran the bath tub and the toilet separately just to be sure where the leak was originating from which I thought was professional since I'm far from understanding plumbing issues. He spent about 2 hours removing the toilet from the floor, changing the wax ring and updating some pipes to ensure that there wasn't future leaks. The whole time he was patient and detail oriented. In my past experience repair folks that come to the house are usually rushed and do the bare minimum. Anthony went above and beyond to understand and repair the issue. Our home warranty assigned us A remedy rooter for an emergency water heater leak. They were great! Arlene called me a few minutes after our claim was assigned and got us scheduled for the next day at 11am. She called back later and said they could come earlier. Anthony showed and was quick to make the call to my warranty company to get a new water heater approved to install. Arlene had me send pictures to them the day before so they were ready with a new water heater and installed it right after he got the ok on the phone from the home warranty company. A Reemdy Plumbing was assigned through our home warranty in regards to a water heater replacement. Pictures of the unit were sent to their office in order to verify make and model. Anthony the plumber, came out and performed an inspection of the unit and made note of "code upgrades" that needed to be performed. He walked me through what the function was of the required upgrades and was able to contact the warranty company while on site for approval of the water heater replacement. Anthony, was professional and informative. He performed the replacement with his father two days later. I had some plumbing issues at my rental home in Riverside. Property manager contacted another company and I wasn't happy with there estimate and the work that needed to be done. I contacted Remedy Plumbing and had them respond and look over the issues. They repaired 2 toilets, sink faucet and replaced the tub and shower valve. All the work was done in a very timely manner. I was kept updated on the progress and when the work was completed. Tony did a fantastic job. Very disappointed with the service I received just the other day. Had a leak in my ceiling in 5 place from a busted pipe. Called my home warranty for the issue. They sent out Tony with A Reemdy. He cut a section in my ceiling where one of the leaks was coming from and determined that wasn't where the leak was. After running several other tests, he determined it may be my shower pan, which wouldnt be covered. We payed him his $75 bucks and off he. Determined to fimd the leak, my wife cut into the ceiling where the other leaks were. Holy smokes. We found it. When we called Tony back, a female told us they were off on weekends and couldn't come out until Monday. Man was she rude. You leave a project after your lazy butt can't find the problem, your female secretary is rude as ever, and and your service sucks. Go back to school bro, cause you need nore training. 75 bucks so my wife can find the problem. Nice. If you need plumbing work, call my wife. She'll find the problem before these Wahoos will. No wonder the company's called A Reemdy. Cause you'll get Reemed all right. We ended up recalling my home warranty a d they sent out Hercules plumbing. Legit guys right there. A man and his son showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Great customer service and workmanship. I was referred to this company via a home warranty contract. Even though I had an emergent problem, they stated they could not respond for 3 days. I told them to cancel the work request. The following day they called and stated they were going to bill me for service unless I called the home warranty company and cancelled the work order. I explained I already told them I was not going to use their service and the "gentleman"; on the phone became abusive and said he was going to submit a bill. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company due to their lack of responsiveness, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior. Home owners assigned Reemdy Rooter to come out within a 4 hour window of time, 1-4, I called the office when I was stuck in traffic from a previous made meeting, I told them I would be home at 1:30-1:45 instead of 1pm, the lady on the phone was rude and said they had waited for me already 3 hours??? Excuse me my appt was not until 1pm its 12:35 how is it you have waited 3hrs, well I guess someone wanted off early or they had no other business??? she wanted to end the call with out making a new appt, (I guess they don't need business)?? I told her no reschedule now so we rescheduled to sat 8-10 guy shows up but not prepared to fix problem now my husband was told the office will call to reschedule, he left at 9:00 its 2hrs later still haven't heard from anyone!!! The representative who came out to my house was so ridiculously unprofessional, I'm not sure there's a business out there he should represent. He was assigned by the homeowners warranty company. He came out for a garbage disposal that had been making noise for a year and seized. He was able to get it unsiezed and found a small piece of rubber inside it. It was obvious that the rubber piece had not been in there for more than a day or so and certainly not for a year as it was for the most part undmaged. I inquired about why it would be making a metallic noise and he again pointed to the piece of rubber. I explained that I'm an engineer and I can assure him that piece of rubber had not been in there for a year. At no time, did anyone there (technician, Property owner or myself) raise their voice or use any profanity or call anybody names, yet the technician stormed out of the house because I questioned his opinion and stuffed the invoice under the property owners windshield wiper. I didn't feel my issues were resolved at that point. I can only hope that the property owner doesn't pay the deductible. for a few dollars more, I could have just saved the headache and installed a new disposal myself. read more
