My mom attended this nail salon for about a year consistently. Every 3 weeks she was in for a pedicure. She got the worst nail fungus I've ever heard of (I'm a cosmetologist). The fungus was so bad that is moved onto her skin. The color of her actual toe had fungus on it. Every time she went in for a pedicure the nail tech would "try " and treat the fungus with a topical solution. My mom was so embarrassed! The nail tech never told my mom to go to the doctor or gave her any recommendations on how to get rid of the fungus. They absolutely knew that this couldn't be treated with a topical. She went to her general doctor and had it treated. Thank god! Beware of this salon and its cleanliness. read more

KELLY IS THE WORST. She is always giving attitude to the customers as if we aren't paying for the service. The last time I was there Kelly kept being rude making comments about me "moving too much" etc. She did a horrible job on my nails so OBVIOUSLY I didn't tip her. She then made a comment out loud in their language "this dog didn't tip me." Luckily my friend was there and she speaks their language and was able to translate that for me. Not only does she do a horrible job but she has the nerve to speak bad about the customers. This used to be my favorite place to get acrylics done and now I'm never going back . Today I went in to take off my acrylics and they assigned a new employee to me which didn't make sense because the ladies that normally do my nails were just sitting doing nothing. I figured I'd let him since it was just taking off my acrylics. To start off he didn't have a technique on taking them off so he would just poke and poke the sides of my nails which was so painful . Once the acrylic was ready to come off he would just yank on it causing my real nails to rip. I asked him politely to be more gentle and careful . Then came time to cut my nails and he literally digged so far into my nail that he was literally cutting both my skin and nails as you can see in the picture . At this point I'm very upset and none of the other workers would check up on him . I told him to be more careful or I was gonna have to ask someone else to continue but he was more reckless . He started to file them and he would place it under my nail where I had been cut and file really hard. He didn't understand that he had cut me and that he needed to be gentle . At this point I asked him to stop and how much it was going to be because my nails were shaking so much . Truly will never go back again . I hope my nails don't get infected either . I've been going to this place for well over a year, love my nails every time. But after this last trip I will NOT be going back!!!! All because they claimed they "miss charged me last time I went in to get my nails done". I got a brand new set and design and paid around $55 before tip! Where in the F*** was I missed charged. I go in today and was told my price before they started my fill. At the end of it all they tell me my fill and total is $60 !!!! What the heck!!!! How am I paying more for a fill!? And I wanted to know what they "didn't charge me for last time". then 4 different people come up to me to " explain" and I'm getting different prices quoted every where! Not only that, apparently the prices they have on the wall aren't the prices they charge, they add more so they receive a larger tip, that's what I assume. How is a fill on the wall with gel 21 and because my length in nail goes to $30?!! ( which they're not long at all) Excuse me !! I know your prices, I've been here more than enough times! You should have the "length" prices on your wall as well!! To make matters worse, there was a lady that came in to ask prices ( who was standing at the front for about 4-5 mins before asking prices) she told the lady what she wanted and after she gave the customer " her" pricing, the poor lady kindly said how is your total 15$ more than what it says on your board? ( I was sitting in the chair thinking that customer is crazy, they wouldn't do that) ........ Well it's true!!! Be sure to add your own stuff before they give you a price! And ask for the quoted price before they start so they don't over charge you on their behalf!!! I'll be pretty sad to be leaving this place because I love my nails, but NEVER should a customer ( that comes every freaking two weeks on the dot, or even a first time customer) should have to feel that they just got screwed !!!!! AT Nails has expanded their salon and somewhat upgraded the decor. The decor and feel is a little cheesy but the staff sure are friendly. Well for some reason I can't remember the 1st persons name but she said my nails were too thin and couldn't rip them off after only trying to rip one off and tries to argue and say I had gel on my acrylics... No I re painted them at home with nail polish wtf? So another lady comes "Nina" I believe and says I can't get gel blah blah you need to soak them for 20 mins your nails are too thin. After already being there for 25 min and nothing had been done. I said no, its fine I'll have to come back tomorrow I don't have much time. Well Jennifer jumps in since they were all clearly talking about me and takes control takes them all off no problem, does a good manicure and takes her time with the gel. Very happy with the customer service and my nails. Came in for a full set with gel on top. I came in at 5:30 and was attended quickly however thirty minutes later there was a full house. Which means people love coming back. The lady who did my nails, Vivian, did an amazing job and didn't try to sell me designs or anything like that, thank god. I have been getting my eyelashes extension for years with Becky and she does a wonderful job each time. I have extremely short lashes which is really hard to work with, but Becky always manage to give me beautiful luscious lashes. I like to get my lashes extra thick and dark which can be heavy at times, but Becky uses high quality silk lashes which makes it very comfortable and lightweight. When I get my lashes done at other places it tend to fall out quickly and each lash that comes off pull my natural lashes off too. Becky does a great job each time and it last a very long time too. I am unfortunate that I don't have long natural lashes however I feel very lucky to have Becky fulfill my needs. Thank you so much Becky!!!! I don't remember the lady who was doing my pedicure. But she was really nice.I don't know if it's because I came in with a regular but I felt that they provided very good customer service. I left with wax all above my eyes, uneven eyebrows, a horrible cut on my cuticle, which bled all over the towel that will be washed and used on you. I've really tried to give this place a shot since my girl left, but the last 2 times I've been, I was cut during my mani, and the wax left all over my eyelids really sucks. They have their lights turned off and are just using electricity on the drills they need for the customers nails. They also don't correctly schedule appointments during COVID . This just happened to me a scheduled 6 people at the same time for their Appointment and have only 5 workers working and mind you they are already with customers . They lack organization and should not be opened especially with having many people waiting another hour for their scheduled appointment. JOHN the owner scheduled my appointment and my mother's and have now been waiting 40mins in the salon with a lot of people in it and our appointment was 40mins ago. Very unprofessional and should not have their business opened at all !
