The guy, Patrick, told us to "f*ck off". We called and asked for the price to replace the brake pads. He gave us a price. When we got there he raised the price by $25. When we confronted him about it, he told us to "f*ck off!" [In response to Patrick's post] You are a liar. First, my parents called and asked how much would it be to get new brake pads. Why would they even ask for just the service if they did not have the parts themselves? You told them $125 over the phone. When they got to the shop, you said the parts were an extra $25 for a total of $150. Second, there was only one person, behind the desk, that my parents interacted with and it was you (I verified this by showing my dad your photo). So, when you say that my dad yelled at your staff and your manager, you lie. He only interacted with you. Third, as my dad was about to leave the store, he got into an argument with you and you first called him a mother f*cker. This is where the obscenities occurred. Patrick, you are a liar. Word of advice for you Patrick, please do not call any of your customers a mother f*cker. I don't write reviews often but I feel that it's so hard to find a good honest mechanic that people should know about this place. I rarely take my car outside the dealership to get serviced but I needed new brakes and the dealership quoted me $259 to get a pair of brake pads replaced on my car. I called around and found this place and they quoted me $150 for per pair. So I came here and couldn't be happier. Sometime later I came back and got the other pair replaced for the same price. I saved over $300 here as opposed to going to my dealership. I later came back and got one of my tires patched up for dirt cheap. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Took my vehicle back to Jeff after two months while the vehicle's alignment was still under warranty. Car was still pulling a a little bit to one side. He did not put it up to recheck the alignment and said that the pull had to do with the shocks needing to be changed. $700 estimate. Took the car back to my regular mechanic who told me that the car had to be put on the jack to extend the shocks to determine if they are leaking or not. This Jeff did not do. My mechanic put up on jack and confirmed that the shocks did not need to be changed. My mechanic also advise that even if the shocks were bad that would not have anything to do with the car pulling. This shop did a good job initially but don't count on getting a good service if you have to return. I would not go back for this reason. read more

My 2008 Toyota Rav4 was having a major issue with the right side front wheel bearing, they'd Identify the problem immediately and brought my car in the next day to get it fix correctly. The B16 maintenance light turned on my 2018 Honda Pilot AWD, I looked it up and it indicated, rotation, oil and rear differential. I've owned a Subaru and other AWD cars and I don't remember it having it changed so early in the cars life, 12k mi. I called the dealership and it was almost $300 for the service, not to mention I coincidentally got a flat the night before. I called this place first thing the following morning and got a quote, called a few more places and the quotes were about $50-$100 more than this establishment. I went with this place and they called me to let me know that they didn't need to change the rear differential fluid as it looked really clean and that they patched my tire. Not only did they save me $100 or so, but they put the spare tire back underneath the car and everything. Had I take the car to the dealership I would have definitely been paying more than I had to.
