They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it. When you hire Prodigy, you are hiring them for the service and knowledge and not their pricing. From my first consultation with Paco, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. There's a 30-day warranty for most work. Included in the $190 or so price: removing a virus, providing advice on how I got it, a reminder that our internet provider gives customers free antivirus software, a complimentary data backup, and pickup/dropoff. Hope I won't be back soon, but I'll call these folks again if I have troubles. Checks and credit cards OK.
