WOW. I am so impressed with Eddie's PDR. I had a fairly large dent in my car and o had put off fixing it for months. I was dreading having to deal with leaving the car at a body shop and navigating getting to work and just generally being a diva about being without a car. I stumbled upon Eddie's PDR and marveled at the convenience of having someone come to my house. Based on the other positive reviews, I decided to try it out! Called around 9:30 AM on a Saturday and was told someone could come out THAT DAY. Like what?! He showed up by 11:30, gave me an extremely reasonable quote, and got to work. He was also extremely professional and friendly throughout. It took an hour and a half, maybe two hours? And when he was done, I couldn't even tell where the dent had originally been. After a low-life waste of oxygen hit my car in the parking garage at work (and left no note), I had to decide whether it was worth it to try a paintless dent repair or just take my car to a Tesla-certified repair shop and have them replace/repaint the quarter panel. A member of the Tesla forums recommended Eddie's Paintless Dent Repair. Both Eddie and Brandon drove out to my house to take a look at the car. They were both up front and honest about the amount of work that had to be done, the likelihood of complete resolution and the estimated cost. The Tesla Model S body is aluminum, unlike steel, and unlike steel, aluminum has no memory of where it used to be. Therefore, it's a bit harder to repair (and more expensive because of that). I had a couple dings around the charge port and nearby that I assumed would not be repairable, but I assumed they'd be able to repair the major dent based on my research. Nevertheless, I wasn't expecting a 100% back-to-normal repair. EPDR and Tesla conveniently let me drop my car off at the Tesla service center in Highland Park for a few days while I was out of town. Tesla performed their annual service on the car, and EDPR worked their skills on the dents. When I received the car, it was hard to notice how great the work was. Since I request that Tesla not wash the car, it was a bit salty and dirty, so I didn't initially appreciate the extent of the work done -- although I was happy with how it looked at the time. I had an opportunity to finally wash and detail my car this weekend. Of course I paid close attention to the repair work. Overall, I have to say that I am very pleased with the work EPDR did on my car. It looks virtually indistinguishable from the opposite side! (This is something probably only I would notice since I am OCD about my car.) Even the dent by the charge port is 90% better. The price was about 1/3 the cost of doing a full repair, so given my deductible, I just ate the cost of this repair. I had to pay a little extra for Tesla to remove some components around the high voltage lines so EDPR could do their work. If for some unfortunate reason I got another dent or ding in one of our cars, I will definitely call EPDR to get an evaluation and estimate. Based on my experience and the feedback of others, they are an honest crew that does good work. read more

Our Ford Escape had a few dents from other car doors in parking lots. I was a bit skeptical about Eddie's ability to repair the damage, but after reading the reviews here I decided to give him a shot. He answered my afternoon call, and he told me he'd be at my house at 8am the next day (a Saturday). Turns out it wasn't Eddie who showed up, but his son-in-law Oscar, who learned the trade from Eddie. He was pleasant and professional. I didn't think he would be able to get at all of the dents since some of them were so close to the edges of the doors, but I was wrong. He absolutely erased everything I could see, and he even found another small dent and removed it at no additional charge. I felt the cost was very fair for the magic he performed, and it was less than what my (not too high) insurance deductible would have been. I couldn't possibly be more pleased. read more

Found Eddies PDR on Yelp. Called and they actually came to my wife's business to provide a quote within 30 minutes. I believe the difference between these companies is in service. I think it was Oscar that showed up to our scheduled appointment ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, POLITE,and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I mention these attributes because service companies need to learn them if they want to succeed and this company and its employees have it down perfectly. Incredible, fixed my RAV4 rear door dent. I'm an experienced DIY car enthusiast and car detailer and honestly didn't think it would be possible to do a 100% fix on the ding on my 2016 RAV4's rear door which also dented the plastic trim piece painted body color. These guys made it look brand new. I detail cars, compound/polish with a polisher, etc. and am very detail attentive to paint quality. I honestly had trouble seeing where the repair area was no matter how much light I put on it. These guys will be my go to for all PDR needs. read more

While he may do great work based on photos I won't know. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and made sure to be up early when he was to come to my house. They never showed up. I contacted them and they said they were here and left because when they called me the person who answered had no ideas what they were talking about. I only own 1 phone and I live alone, and did not receive a phone call. The did not ring my doorbell, just one call to a possible wrong number and decided to leave. So my review is not based on the work since I have not seen it I give a poor review based on business practices and feel that they should have at least attempted to ring my doorbell or knock on my door before leaving after attempting a phone call. read more
