I called two other towing places before finally finding AW Roadside Service - I'll never waste my time calling anyone else! When I called AW, a knowledgeable person picked up the phone, and said they could be there in 20 minutes. They arrived on time, jump started my car, and then gave me a bunch of great information about replacing the battery, etc. It was easily the quickest (and most informative) roadside assistance experience I've ever had. It was also in clear contrast to the first two places I called. The first place sent someone out who only had cables, not a battery pack. The second place (Ron Jump Start Service) never sent anyone. After waiting two hours after I spoke with someone there, I called again, and they promised a supervisor would call me. No one called. My car battery died at work one day and after trying (unsuccessfully) to jump-start the car with a friend, I called my insurance roadside assistance to request help. My battery was old and needed to be replaced, and while Anthony didn't have any more of the size I needed, he offered to go pick one up while I drove home. I locked my keys in my car this morning and called my insurance company's Roadside Service, who contracts with A.W. Roadside Service for these kinds of issues. I barely got off the phone with my insurance company when I got a call from A.W. letting me know that they were 4 minutes out (almost around the corner from where I work!). I am embarrassed that I didn't get the Contractor's name, but he was funny and quick and got my keys out for me in minutes. The 30 minute ETA I received from my insurance company was beaten by 25 minutes! We even joked that the contractor would run into himself while he was leaving. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending this company to anyone needing fast, customer-based help with lockouts, fuel delivery, or towing. I almost feel good about locking my keys in my car, just to have had the interaction with this contractor. He made my day! And believe me, the day hadn't started off very well. I had battery issues for the second night in a row. Both times I called Hyundai Roadside assistance and they connected me with a different company the first night who encouraged me to get a new battery after jumping my car. I wish Hyundai connected me to A.W. last night because I wouldn't have had problems again tonight (after rushing to get a new battery this morning). I highly recommend AW Roadside. I called tonight well after 11 pm when I found my car had a dead battery after being parked at the airport for 4 days. I was tired and so ready to be home. Anthony arrived within 30-35 minutes. He jumpstarted the battery, then ran some diagnostics which indicated I might get another few weeks out of the battery, but it definitely needed to be replaced soon. I asked if he could just go ahead and replace it right then. Not only was he able to do it, but he did it quickly, and with a friendly, positive demeanor even though it was after midnight! His prices were very reasonable and he even told me how to send the roadside assistance bill into my insurance company for reimbursement. I can't remember the last time I experienced the kind of service I received from Anthony on Tuesday. He was the 2nd of two companies called by our road side assistance to help with a blow out tire. The 1st company decided we were in too dangerous of a spot to help apparently. Anthony was immediately reassuring and it really felt like we were being helped by a friend. Not only did I have a blow out but the spare had a hole in it that I was unaware of. He worked his magic on it enough so that we could get to a tire shop and made us promise that it would be our first stop. I just cant say enough about how great he was. Anthony is amazing. I called up roadside assistance for a jumpstart. They gave an ETA of 90 minutes, Anthony was here in 45. He jumpstarted the car, ran some diagnostics and showed me the results which said the battery health is poor. (Backstory: some guy from another company jumpstarted the car in the morning and told me to drive around for 30 minutes without running any diagnostics). He gave a quote for battery which looked fair after checking several websites. He really goes extra mile to help his customers. When I said I am running low on gas, he escorted me to the nearest gas station and waited till I get gas so that he can jumpstart again if needed. I highly recommend A.W. Roadside Service for any roadside assistance you might need. I messaged Anthony about a battery replacement and he gave a reasonable quote. He was right on time and ran a quick diagnostic on my old car battery and showed me that the battery had completely drained. He also checked the alternator and electrical system for free because I had concerns about it. Finally, he replaced the battery and did another diagnostic to show me that the battery had full charge and that it was charging correctly. I got connected to A. W. through Honda Care roadside assistance. My battery died, and Honda was going to send me them. However, through a ton of mis-steps from Honda, they didn't even put in the order for over an hour! When Anthony heard of all the troubles I was having, he called me directly and said that he will still send one of his tow trucks over to me, and that I should still try to get another service in case the other service can come faster! Can you believe it? He actually encouraged me to call a competitor just so that I can get home as quickly as possible! It was amazing. At some point, Honda stopped caring and stopped calling. Anthony, NEVER STOPPED CARING or CALLING. Honda sent him to the WRONG CITY (45 minutes away), and when Anthony realized that it would take him too long in traffic, he called a different tow company for me and made sure that I was on the top of the list. He then CALLED ME BACK to make sure that I was set right. Honda dropped me like a hot potato. Over the course of 2 HOURS (because of all the mess ups of Honda), Anthony called me 5 times to make sure I was OK and I was taken care of - even when he gave his business over to another company!!! Anthony quoted a very reasonable fee ($65 to come out and change my flat tire onto the spare so I could get home) and later even offered an additional $5 discount on top.
