Before they wrapped it up, they asked if I wanted seasoning. I said sure. When I got home to open it, the meat smelled really nice. It was $165 ish for 5 ish pounds of bone-in prime rib. It was tied up already, and maybe I should have asked them to help me trim the fat. I didn't see if they sold horse radish, but the digital meat thermometer they had was $16.99. All of them were really good but the Birria melted in my mouth. I think I just looked at the butcher and said Wow, waited a bit, then said Wow two more times. Forget the local restaurants. If I'm ever in the area looking for a place to eat, I wouldn't hesitate to come in here and get that food-to-go. PS. Even the driver that blocked me from getting over to the exit, forcing me to the next exit, which made me drive miles out of my way, couldn't erase how good this place is. A bit of confusion when you open and it seems like you've opened a door to the packing plant, but go through the plastic slats (following another sign that says office) and the fridge is right there.
