Anything but Rapid. It's been almost three months since we first contacted the company - early December of 2025. It's the end of February 2026 now. Our Viking fridge couldn't keep the temperature - it would defrost everything in the freezer, and freeze it again. We were told by the repair guy that we need a new compressor and inverter, and it's a simple fix. They came over, spent a day converting our kitchen into a workshop, and left, promising it is good now. But it wasn't. The fridge was doing exactly the same thing, alerting us in the middle of the night that the temperature is above the allowed range. They came over again, and said it actually needs a new controller, and it will definitely resolve the issue. This scenario repeated three more times, only parts were different. I am still collecting the soot throughout the house after a new copper was soldered in. We were proudly told that at this point we have a new fridge.. except it wasn't fixed, and was doing exactly it was doing in early December- not keeping a temperature. Apparently, there is something in fridge that still can be replaced and might affect the outcome, and it is already ordered. It will be installed next Thursday, fingers crossed. To be fair to the owner - he is now only charging us for the parts, but the charges accumulated into a hefty sum nevertheless. If the fridge starts working properly next Thursday - I am happy to add it to my review. read more

On Thursday I called for service they came the next day. They do have a 4 hour window but they were early. Dishwasher not draining properly. They figured out the problem quickly. Charles was great as well was his assistant. Will definitely use the company again if needed. read more

We have an older refrigerator that stopped making ice cubes and the door water dispenser had stopped delivering water. We called AA Rapid Appliance Repair for help. Charles came out to our house and determined that the inlet water valve needed to be replaced. He did a thorough job analyzing our whole water system and did a terrific job. We now had water available through our door dispenser but the ice cubes maker was still not working. Cayden came out and determined that our water line was frozen and once he cleared the line, our ice cube maker started working normally again. It has been a few days and everything is working great, we now have water coming out our refrigerator door dispenser and our ice cube maker is working perfect. I must give this recommendation for Appliance Repair. My freezer gave out, almost lost $400.00 worth of frozen food. AA Rapid came out that day and put freeze-on in and saved my food.  I do need a part which will be installed next week. Called after hours for a mother board repair. He was at my house within 15 minutes and he was done I 10 minutes flat! Not happy with the service I received. These people came to me by American Home Sheild. The technician was supposed to fix my washing machine as I had a error message. Well he claimed it was fixed and the problem was the valves were not turned all the way on. Well this was NOT correct! I found this out after washing a load of clothes that I thought would be washed in cold water. I open my washer and see steam coming out and shrunken tee shirts and sweaters!!!! My machine still got the same error message. So this company was paid a service fee for work Not done! I tired to complain to Americans home Sheild and they could care less. All the technician did was turn the valves up and my hot water after I told him, I don't wash in hot. He says oh well the cold is working fine and things are flowing. Liar!! Had he done a full assessment of the job he would have saw the cold water was crossed on the back of the washer therefor since the hot water was turned off originally (before the machine gave a error message because the cold water was not flowing through the correct hose indicating no water). This technician wastes my money a load of now messed up cloths all because he was to lazy to pull out the machine and look!!! This company gets one star for poor service! Don't waste your time using this company. read more
