I want to give Priscilla 5+ stars she was a pleasure to work with. I got my initial quote with her for auto and renters insurance. I went back to get the policy finalized and unfortunately Priscilla was out of office so they gave me Brian. Brian from the beginning was rude. He was chewing gum like a horse which I find very unprofessional. When I did get DMV help it was very fast and I couldn't even tell I waited. The lady that helped me at the DMV area asked about my day and how she could help, which put me at ease right away. 3 weeks ago I tried calling the Lone Tree office for a week straight. The voicemail kept circling back to the main message. I left a message for someone to call me about a carseat inspection and never heard back. Is there any reason why I had so much trouble? In addition, the old location by Costco had no sign on the door notifying people of the move to the new location and the parking lot had cars in it, appearing as if you were still at that location. It seemed like a very rough move with out a lot of thought for the customer. read more

My hat is off to the folks at Contra Costa County Triple-A! Yesterday (7-25-15) was an extremely trying day with multiple frustrations. It was topped off by my truck dying in the middle of traffic on Auto Center Drive! My call to AAA was answered quickly, handled professionally, and they showed excellent customer service in working with me on what turned out to be a complicated situation. No matter how shaky my budget gets (and it is very shaky!), I will always manage to scrape up enough funds for my annual renewal of the service! read more

I signed up with AAA as I have a vehicle that is past warranty and would like the security of knowing I could get roadside assistance or towing in the event it should break down. One benefit of being a AAA member is they allow their members to conduct DMV business at their branches. Anyone who has ever had the need to visit a DMV office would appreciate being a AAA member as the offices are well maintained, and the lines move quickly so you do not have to spend hours waiting to be served. The staff in the Antioch office are pleasant and professional. You never have to worry about any check being lost in the mail, or wait to get stickers mailed to you. I have never spent more than 10 or 15 minutes for any service at this office. There is nothing negative to say here. I am glad I am a AAA member and appreciate the staff in their Antioch on Lone Tree Way branch. read more

We recently booked our honeymoon with Bonnie Aiello from AAA, Antioch, CA. Bonnie came highly recommended so we felt comfortable that she would be honest and open with us. I showed up to AAA 2 weeks ago without an appointment and she happily met with me. I explained to her that we had been working with a different travel agency that we were not very comfortable with and that we didn't have much time to get everything planned for our honeymoon. We didn't feel that they gave us many options, attention or insight and were more concerned with making a sale. Bonnie eased my fears and and told us she would be able to help. We also shared our budget, wants and needs with her and within a day she emailed me with several options that definitely suited our needs. We are so thankful we found Bonnie and would recommend her to anyone. She is warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about what she does. Andrea in the insurance dept is the most helpful, friendly, and patient worker there. She's always upbeat and knowledgeable. Poor girl seems like shes doing everyone's job as other workers are always comeing to her with stuff. If I didn't know better I would think she's the manager and head of training. The dmv people aren't my favorite, they're often difficult and if it wasn't for the shorter lines I would just go to the dmv. read more

I have been a member of AAA for over 40 years and have used their services from the beginning but...since moving to the new office in Slatten Ranch and instituting the new sign in system, the level of service has seriously deteriorated. Twice in the last six months I have stopped in to pick up tour guide books and maps and after signing in had to wait 20 minutes each time for the books and maps. It is a beautiful office and the chairs are comfortable (parking can be a real bear - you are in competition with a Starbucks) but to just stop in for guide books and maps, the system is a failure. I admit that I have not used any of the other available services at the new location and am only addressing what used to be a very simple and quick process gone bad. read more

I give one star because there's no choice for 0 or negative. We have had AAA auto, home insurance and membership since 2011. Yesterday, my husband walked into the Antioch branch, tried to update our renewed policy for the coming year. He simply requested a quote under a different name, the girl (don't know her name) was not able to help because she said we had a current policy. My husband found another employee to help, his name probably is Andre, been working with insurance company for 43 years. He told my husband that he could give a new quote under a different insured name, but he needed all detail information, my husband said "all the information we have are all in your system, you can pull them out. " maybe it was very trouble for him, he was mad of my husband, pointed his finger to my husband, asked him to leave, and then told the girl at the front desk " if he walks back in, call 911"... I was shocked when my husband told me the experience he had in AAA lone tree Antioch branch. I can't believe AAA thread customers so rudely, disrespectfully... we still have two insurance and two memberships with AAA, how can we continue to have business with AAA. My husband usually goes to this branch, the branch manager always helps him, very nice and knowledgeable, he likes the manager. Unfortunately he was not there yesterday. Later, when my husband got all the info package and walked back in the branch, there was young gentleman, his name is Shawn, was very nice and knowledgeable, he answered all the questions and explained very well and detail. I will give five star to Mr. Shawn and branch manager, give negative thumbs down to the employee ( not sure his name, probably Andre), he is horrible, bad repetition for AAA and business. read more

I Emailed the Antioch AAA Office to see if they took Passport Pictures for a passport renewal. The Email back indicated no reservations was needed and it would cost $9. The following day I stopped by the office, checked in and was immediately called by the AAA employee. I told her what I needed and she excitedly told me there would be no charge since I was a members. I was in and out with 2 pictures within 15 mins. Thank you!!! read more

The people are friendly and the new building is nice but that's about all the positive things I can say about it. I went into pick up a travel book and it took me about 20 minutes. At the old location you walked up to the counter show them your AAA card and your done. Now you have to sign in at the front and they call you in order. It's a ridiculous process for picking up a book. They need to go back to they way it was for picking up travel books and maps. read more

I have been a member for 52 years and I was treated very rudely by the manager mr. jv bragg, because he confused me with a different member entirely who I had nothing to do with. he would not help me when all I wanted to do was register my vehicle with dmv. I am an elderly member, and was not treated fairly is this the way they treat elderly members. this is a disgrace what he did. this is called age discrimination. look it up mr bragg. have compassion for people. read more

AAA in Antioch was wonderful. Our car was registered under my husband's corporation which was disbanded 17 years ago, and when a State Farm driver T-boned us and "totaled" our still wonderful Toyota sedan, AAA in Antioch helped us register it under our names so that State Farm would make the check to us instead of a now defunct corporation. I am new to AAA and I am sorry I didn't join a long time ago. As a mom I'm very glad to know that if my car breaks down I can get help quick and it won't cost me anything! I like all the other services available to me there too like the DMV and travel agency. Gonna get my Disney tickets there later this summer. I also got my car insurance there with Brian Enis. He helped me sign up for my membership and gave me a good quote. I had GEICO and the AAA quote was almost the same. I went with AAA because I can meet a real person and Brian showed me how AAA insurance gave me more. Brian was very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn't understand insurance, but now I feel like I understand what I am paying for every month thanks to Brian taking the time to explain it to me. I'm glad I finally found AAA. read more
