The very short version is they did an excellent job repairing my 21 year old Toyota RAV4 SUV for a fair price, in the allotted time they promised, even despite finding an additional problem during the repair. They showed me the original problem in their garage, and when they discovered something else after I'd left, they sent me images and talked me through what they found, confirming my approval to proceed before doing any work we hadn't yet agreed on. I held off writing this review until I drove the 5+ hours home in case it broke down in the desert. Needless to say, due to my 5 star review, that didn't happen; she's running just as well as before the engine light went on, and I highly recommend Passion's services. I also like that they have a guarantee on their work, and since it's through Nationwide I could've even used it back home in CA if there was an issue (instead of having to drive back to Vegas). I hope I don't need auto work in Vegas on future vacations, but if I do, I'll be going straight back to Passion.

So, I checked them out on Yelp, and sure enough, they had a 5 star rating! I immediately called and Bobby, who turned out to be the owner, answered the call. He said bring the car in and he would diagnose it free of charge. So, to make a long story even longer, Bobby and his crew of expert mechanics, jumped through rings of fire to get my A/C working again and even discovered that my fuse box had an internal short that was causing the compressor to kick in and out, and since that part wasn't available on time before we had to head back to Los Angeles, he showed me how to bang the box to get the compressor to start up again! I called at 7:30 am the next morning and Karen put me on hold for over 40 mins. I had to hang up and call back and when she answered she was like oh the phone system up here is hard to navigate which is why she left me hold for so long then she told me to just come get my car as my car is new and she doesn't understand why it is there! She refused to provide evidence that the car was even looked at! Accused me of being argumentative (probably because I am black) because I wanted proof of service/diagnostic report & then proceeded to crack "black" jokes with her mechanic in front of me. I remained professional got my keys and left!. Basically I left with the same issues; and since they kept my car for so long my warranty has expired! And still provided no proof of inspection. I am expecting and putting a newborn in that car has me scared shitless! DO NOT GO HERE! My car is also a lot louder after it being there and seems to be stalling while driving! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car shop! They bs'd me the whole time and now I have to pay out of pocket for my repairs!
