Do not go there for your inspection!! My car failed for two reasons: one was a problem with my windshield fluid (broken pump, no one's fault but the pump) but the REAL PROBLEM was the guy failed it for "front end". I asked what that meant? He told me I needed new shocks or struts, pointed to my left front tire and said "something under there". Said I would have heard it when driving over a bumpy road. Show me a Massachusetts road that is not bumpy. I never heard a thing. Then he told me I needed new rear brakes (mentioned by someone else in a Google review), but would NOT note the brakes or mysterious shocks/struts on the inspection report. If this were legit, how would anyone know what to fix??? I told him I would call the dealership to get the pump ordered/replaced, he was very quick to tell me that they could do all of the repairs for much less. No ****ing way would I let him near my car again, I went to the dealer who did the repair, did a thorough inspection (no problems!!!) and then they did the second inspection which I paid another $35 for. Note the inspection report photo where he noted "motor dos (sic) not blow water to the windshield"; the "water" is actually windshield fluid! He was aggravated with me when he told me my car needed "water" and I asked what he was talking about. I filed an online complaint with the RMV, if you have been screwed by these people I urge you to do the same. read more

I could not recommend this place more- it was a Saturday night (5:55) and I was panicking because I had a leak in my tire and I went back to work Monday morning for the first time in months, and Toyota couldn't see me until Monday. A friend recommended this place so I called and the guy was SO kind. He told me to come in right away because they were closing at 6, but that he could help me. I felt bad, and when I said it's ok I can wait until tomorrow he said to come now cause they'd be closed the next day (Sunday.) I even told him it would take me a little to get there and he said no problem. He waited 15 min for me to get there and was so kind! He immediately checked the fire and found a nail. He brought me to the car so I could see it myself, and even let me watch him take it out. Then he patched the tire quickly and for only $30! He never tried to sell me on needing a new tire or tried to make me overpay. He was honest, hard working and helpful. I am SOOOO lucky it was him who answered. 10/10 recommend this business! read more

Avoid. Tall guy / Kassem wanted to charge me $300 to replace a wheel stud that had snapped (one wheel stud, nothing else), that's about $300 an hour for a very straight-forward repair (a wheel stud costs about $5 and it should take max an hour to replace). Took my car to another shop in the area and was charged $75. read more

I have never experienced such a great customer service at any other auto mechanic shop before. Kaseem and team are great people to work with. They offer tire repair, tire change, suspension repair, auto repair etc. one of the most important thing to note about this shop and Kaseem was that he was open about the what part of the car needed work, replacement and what part did not. Honda dealer told me to replace my brakes so that they can charge money. However, Kaseem mentioned that there is still half life of the brakes left and you don't need to replace it just yet. I recently brought my mother's car to TRAD Auto Clinic , a subsidiary of the AAA Gas Station , for an inspection and knew what it would probably need , 4 new tires and one light bulb. I also said if the oil or transmission needed changing please change that also. They replaced the tires and the light bulb and indicated the oils were fine . I had one flat tire and he suggested to do two. I trusted him and said ok. ..realized later I just got tricked because I'm a young female who didn't know. Just recently my dad had two flat tires, we towed it to him. After asking how much, we called him back (after about ONE HOUR later MAX find a cheaper price) we can't afford it and will be looking elsewhere. He said he already ordered the tires and replaced one of them. He said we were forced to pay him. We said fine. After agreeing on a price, to pay for the tires, when my husband went to pick it up to tow somewhere else, HE CHANGED THE PRICE AGREED UPON ON THE SPOT AND WOULD REFUSE TO GIVE OUR CAR BACK UNLESS WE PAID THE NEW INCREASED PRICE. ** He put 1 of the new tires on a bad rim just to charge labor. ** We paid and will never be using his services again. Keep in mind...AAA Auto Clinic recently (2 months ago??) have new owner~~ and the new owner used to be my mechanic at an auto shop in Quincy. I was so sad...but I plan to work around my work schedule to drive to Watertown if my cars need check up, cause Costy, the owner, is that good... Here's my previous review~~~~ ------------- Costy is amazing. He's honest and very professional. Both my husband and I been taking our cars to Costy (@ Bee Zee Auto) after we moved to Quincy. Never been disappointed~~~He never tried to sell me anything that I don't need and he's very honest about parts and labors. The dealership said I need new brake pads, this and that...but I went to Costy for 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did (No, my brake pads weren't due yet...but I'm the kind of person that I'm willing to pay to get it done if need be, especially from second opinion...he could've easily told me to get them done, but he said they are still good. When it's time for my car to get a new timing belt, Costy suggest I also get a water-pump just because the labor to get to the timing belt is expensive and the water pump is right next to it...you wouldn't want to bring the car back in a few months and pay another $600 for the water pump where the pump cost $50 part and $550 for labor. Again, he didn't have to tell me that...he could've wait until the pump die in a few months then get another $600 from me... Keep in mind...Bee Zee Auto has nothing to do with the Gas Station - these are 2 separate businesses. Also, when my cars have issues...I go straight to Costy and only Costy. Beware rip-off attempt when getting inspection sticker. Went there last year for a $29 MA inspection sticker, no problem. This year, I got ripped off for an additional $11. When it was time to pay the $29, the guy (different from the older guy I got last year) saw I'd taken out two $20 bills, and then immediately said he'd replaced a brake light for an additional $11 to make it an even $40. Believed him, paid and started driving to work. Thinking it over, I pulled over and took a look at the brake light housing...it was obvious that he had done no such replacement, and that he'd just wanted to make a dishonest extra $11. Called back to complain, got a very sketchy response. "Give me your address and I'll send you a money order." Not trust-worthy. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Very very bad experience. This guy is unprofessional and liar. I just lost 550$ because of his careless unprofessional work. He overcharged me for the fuel pump with 150$ and hi didn't put it back properly. After 2 weeks the fuel line came out from the pomp and my car just stoped on the road. I will give a zero star for this place if there is an option!! When I am writing the review, I am still overwhelmed by this so call mechanic Kassem!! Here is what happened: My car was leaking oil, I saw the spot last Saturday,so I went to the nearby shop to have someone to check it up . The owner told me at first he needed to do an oil change to see what will happen afterward ( which was the right step). He charged me $122 for the oil change. After that, I cleaned my car throughly. And drove my car back to him for a second check on the following Tuesday. I was informed that the valve cover gasket is still a problem which caused the leaking. So we agreed on a price of $450.He started to work on the car. I told him clearly that I will need the car to go to work on Wednesday. He agreed that he will get it done on time. Next morning, my husband got a call from him saying that the car is in the dealership for programming. So I couldn't get the car back on time. I went to the shop around noon to check on the car, he didn't want to tell me what happened. Finally at the end of the day, he called my husband and said the dealership said the wiring had problem and needed to be fixed and the whole gasket he tried to replace had to redo, At first, he tried to have us to pay for it and didn't want to admit that he was the one who caused the problem. When I went back to the shop and asked him which dealership he sent the car to. He didn't want to tell me. I had to push him. And finally he told me which dealership it is. On Thursday morning, I finally got to talk to the service department from the dealership. They told me what he did wrong. On Thursday afternoon. I finally got a call from him saying that the car was back in the shop I had a bill of $880 that I owed him. I suddenly freaked out. I didn't know what he was talking about. We never agreed on this price. We agreed on $450. If he wanted to charge more, he had to get my permission. He tried to blackmail me after the big bill from the dealership. He even threaten me saying that I am not going to get my car back if I didn't pay. At the end, I had to call the cop on a storm day to have them come out to fix the problem. The police came, we agreed that I would pay the parts and the rest will be decided by the court. He agreed on that. When I drove the car away,he never told me that he didn't put the cover back to my car. And there is a plastic piece was bent and was hanging on the floor which will cause big noise ( if you took the plastic out, and when it hits a rock, the oil will completely leak and the whole engine will be ruined. The next morning he called my husband and said he had to put the cover back on for me but we would have to pay him another $550 to put the piece back on. That was literally a rip-off. We agreed to pay him another $323 to get the job done so I could finally go to work. At the end, he had my husband to watch him to put the piece back on. My husband said he could tell he must be new to the job, he even failed to tighten the screws. I also confirmed with the dealership that he drove my car back from the dealership without my permission. At that time, the cover wasn't on, he might ruin the engine since it was snowing heavily. He literally tried to get more money out of us to cover huge bill from the dealership. I can't stand for a business who treats customer like that. I will definitely take him to court. I will give you all an update after the court. I wish more and more people will check the reviews before they go to this shop. Really think twice before you hand your car key to him. He will likely ruin your car since he can't even notice a screw is not tight enough. read more

I recently had work done on both of my cars at Trad Auto. I was extremely impressed with the service and work done, and how upfront Kaseem was about the whole process. this place has been my favorite gas station for years - cheap and full service. unfortunately, i am going to be looking elsewhere after my state inspection experience today. the same exact thing that Ray mentioned happened to me! They charged me the $29 fee, and said i could pay that on credit card. the guy saw me open my wallet where i had two five dollar bills. he then said: "oh, by the way, we replaced a light for about $10. but, we can only accept cash for that part." wouldn't give me a receipt. doubt i had a light problem. and it wasn't the same guy that is usually there - maybe they are under a new owner? also, they stole two dollars in quarters from my center console. i know it may seem trivial, but i had just filled my slots for quarters for parking, and when they returned my car, the quarters were gone! who does that?! so creepy... read more

I was about to share my bad experience with this place and after checking out the other reviews, I was shocked that these guys did the same thing to several customers! I went there for a state auto inspection. There was one customer before me and the repair guy asked $4 extra from him when checking out for state inspection. The customer accepted it but wanted to pay $29 plus $4 with credit card. The guy then asked for cash for the $4 amount and the customer paid $4 in cash and $29 with credit card. It was weird but I did not think any foul play. After my car was out, the guy asked $10 extra from me. He told me that there was a bulb blown and he fixed it. Even though I have checked all the lights before going there, I thought he might give me a hardtime and accepted to pay. I was going to pay the full amount with credit card then the guy asked for cash for the $10 and said the credit card is ok for the $29! I paid him. He did not give me a receipt for $10. I am sure he did not change any bulbs or etc. He is probably not the owner and making cash out of this! I hope somebody stops them.
