I've been going here for almost 3 years. Other than the intake exam, they have not given me a single x-ray. I've been back for annual exams, and each time, the good doctor takes a whole 20-second look into my mouth and declares it to be ok. No lights or anything, just the ones on the ceiling I gave him a pass after the first year, was a little puzzled at my second year. Year 3, I gave them a chance to give me the x-Ray but it didn't happen. Now they get a bad yelp review. People shouldn't have to ask you to do the right thing. You should have the integrity to do it on your own I get that DHMOs don't bring in a lot of money so you're reluctant to spend money on the patient, but if that's the case, don't accept DHMOs! The services are fine otherwise from what I can tell, which is why they didn't get 1 star read more

They will tell you yes we can do it but the price will end up to be 5 times more than what they advertise. Shame on them. Worst dentist office I've ever been to. I arrive at 9:10 sign in and immediately the lady at the front seems to be in la la land and she denies me because i don't have insurance I call up my insurance and check what's going on they say everything is fine and that they should be able to attend me. I go back to the front and tell her what I was told and she reviews the paper work and says "oh sorry, I didn't look at it right" seriously? By then I was a bit annoyed. I took x rays a couple mins after and was taken to a room where all the staff completely ignored me and I was not attended until 2pm!!!! I wasn't taken care of until 4pm!! I sincerely call this bullshit and the staff needs to get their things together and start doing there job properly! This was a complete waste of my time and I'm never coming back to this dump. I would not recommend this dentist to any one. They had me waiting for hours. There's only one doctor for multiple patients. I had an appointment at 11 am for a check up but he suggested to do a root canal to get it out the way cause he had time. I agreed to do so, I signed a consent form to take relaxing pills but it ended up making me feel disoriented and sleepy and this was around 12 pm. He told my boyfriend to go and do his errands that they will call him when they were done with me. I ended up falling asleep on the dentist chair, I woke up around 2pm and no procedure has been done at all. I'm upset and go talk to the receptionist and ask her if I could leave cause I been sleeping in the dentist chair unconscious and nothing has been done, she rolls her eyes and tells me "he was suppose to work on you right away". So she sends me back to the room when the dentist rushes to come see me. Right away he numbs my gums and as I have my mouth open he then gives me more pills, which I did not consent. He finally does his root canal and I ended up leaving the office around 5pm. I felt like he over drugged me. read more
