The GPS always takes me down that alley. The parking lot can be accessed from both the alley and Manchester. I rarely have to wait. If so, they have taken me back to my chair, where I have a personal TV. It always smells good and clean here. They even use warm lemon-scented cloths to clean your mouth/chin, etc. after service. It's staffed by sistahs and allies. I LOVE this! So far (1.5 years in), so good.

Example; So happy to see you come in for business, but not really caring about genuine service. Today, I came in to do my second half of my deep cleaning, I was told I needed before a crown could be placed on a root canal procedure that was left exposed for over 6 months. After I signed in, the office manager told me I was approved by my insurance to cover bridge work on a missing tooth. She told me that I was covered for bridge that had metal in it, but a porcelain one would be better and an additional cost. My deep cleaning nor my exposed root canal was NOW not their priority. As she indicated the cost was $1500, I was completely shocked. I was told, their office offered financing where there was no interest charged if I paid the cost within 18 months. My mind was consumed by the ever present attention to replace my missing tooth, as my eating discomfort took a back seat. For the next 15 minutes, it seems like all office personnel was focused on whether I got approved for the credit application to do my bridge work. Upon approval, I was swooped into the bridge prep work room to start, all the while I'm complaining about my discomfort from my exposed root canal work. The assistant kept reassuring me that she'll look at it, and see if she could remove some food stuck in it. It was never to happen, because they were rushing to complete the prep work before closing. I noticed before, upon my initial root canal work, it was rushed as well. As soon as I was so called finish, most of the personnel was gone, while the remaining personnel was rushing to clean up. Well this time was no different, as I was getting out the chair, you could swear there was a fire in the building; they rushed out so fast. Prior to getting out of the chair, I asked to use the bathroom and was directed to the lobby area. AFTER I GOT OUT, I was the lone person in a dark empty office. I WAS LOCKED IN!!!! I panicked at first, thinking maybe someone was left in the office back room, still working. But no, I was alone. I tried to open the door, by pushing the security button first, but it wouldn't budge. So I ran to receptionist desk to look for any button or sign to release the lock on the door. I FOUND 2 BUTTONS AND PUSHED BOTH. Upon pushing that security button by the front door.....I was free from dark loneliness and relieved . I'm not happy!!!!

The dental staff and receptionist were wonderful as well as the dentist. However, I went in for a…read moreservice that should have had 0 copay, but by the time they added extra fees, they wanted 4000. The financial person made it sound like this was my insurance copay. I told them that I cannot afford this because I'm in graduate school. I left crying. When I got home, I reviewed my insurance plan and saw that this service had ZERO out of pocket expenses. So I called the office for clarification. The same financial person answered the phone. As it turns out, the "copay" was extra fees for upgrades in materials and a warranty which I did not want. Even though my insurance covered the service, they would not offer the service without their office's mandatory upgrades. The person told me I could go elsewhere. I thanked her for her time. After I hung up, I really felt victimized. This was a horrible experience and a valuable lesson to interview dental offices before assigning one's insurance to them. I felt like they tried to shake me down and that's not a good feeling at all.
