I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had…read more I came in the day after my husband had surgery with a handicap placard form. I was told they could not accept it because it was a copy and required a "wet signature." Fine -- rules are rules. I immediately went back to the hospital, explained the situation to the doctor, and had him complete and sign a brand-new form. When I returned, they refused it again because the doctor had used the 2025 form instead of the 2026 form, despite the fact that the information is exactly the same. At that point, it was clear this was no longer about helping a customer -- it was about rigid policy with zero compassion or willingness to problem-solve. Not once did anyone try to offer a solution, guidance, or empathy for the situation. After multiple trips back and forth following a surgery, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a human being. To make matters worse, I even asked if they could throw away a small to-go cup I no longer needed, and was told they "don't have a garbage can." Unbelievable. This place offers no customer service, no flexibility, and no basic human kindness. If you're dealing with anything medical or time-sensitive, be prepared for frustration and wasted time.

The attitude of the lady (not sure if each had their own desk but the desk with the woman at on the far right) was out of this world unprofessional. So, if you've got the hour to wait across the street at the DMV, you could save yourself some money. If you're in a rush or it's the weekend, this place could be worth the costly fees. I was here last week, filled out an application, their system was down, had to come back. I had to return to complete the application and my dumbass paid the $65. I should have gone to the DMV.

I've taken my two boys here for license 5 months apart and they both failed first test over one mistake. You have to pay again until they pass. My older daughter went through the DMV and it was a point system so easier to pass and free. If you're going here because you think it will be more convenient DONT! It's almost a guaranteed first fail so you will be back paying the next day. Also, people here are even more rude than the DMV. You kinda expect it at the DMV but here you're paying so you'd think they'd be a little nicer.

I have always walked in, without an appointment and have been taken care of. My average wait time has been 30 minutes. You can make appointments on their website LADIES FYI !!! if you need a license replacement you have to take a NEW PHOTO on the day of application. Everyone here has always been helpful and friendly. Their service fees are reasonable. Not having to go to the actual DMV is priceless.
