When I received my quote from Chris, he said he could be at my house the same day, Saturday. Unfortunately, I did not call him back for a couple of hours after receiving his quote. When I reached him, he told me he would not be able to get the needed glass from his distributor because they were closed. I then arranged to do have it done on Monday or Tuesday. About 10 minutes later he called me back an let me know he found the glass somewhere else and would be at my house within an hour to complete the repair. I highly recommend Chris! Unfortunately I believe someone shot my windshield with a BB gun which caused a rather large hole that then splintered and caused a crack to extend to the nearly halfway point if my windshield on my fairly new car. I was quoted $420 by a fairly large company however Chris got back to me via email and text late last night and was at my work today. He had my windshield replaced in less than an hour and for nearly half the price! Chris is fair, kind and prompt! my car was broken into and the window was smashed, the night before we were supposed to head out of town for the weekend. i called aaa glass around 7 am on a saturday, and chris originally told us he had availability from 12-1pm that day. after we told him we were planning to go out of town, he was able to rearrange his schedule to show up at 9am and fix my window for me. it only took him about an hour and he did a great job. cleaned up the broken glass, was super nice and friendly and overall it was a great experience. and very reasonable prices. i will definitely use this company again when the need arises. thanks chris! read more

I recently was faced with a huge crack in my windshield. I went online and contacted the company with the catchy tune but received a quote that was quite expensive and had many fees associated with the price. Like you, I read the reviews when I contacted this company about a glass quote. $60 less than the first place I called, $30 less than the second, I'm skeptical. 4 hour time blocks - NO, a charge for mobile service - NO, not sure how they do it. I'm not much of a reviewer, but I had to get on for these guys. Next day service, great customer service, pleasure to work with. One downside, which may or may not have been their fault, the a small piece that controls my doorhandle became inoperable. Chris came out and attempted a repair, when he couldn't onsite, didn't have all his tools, said bring it in the shop and he would rectify. Done. Highly recommended, and low pressure. BAD BUSINESS!!!! I was stoked when i called and got a seriously low quote to have my windshield replaced due to a huge crack. They even offered to come out to my work and do it. The guy arrived and worked on my car. When it was done, he called me and my office is just inside the door. I found out that he added on another fee without first verifying it even though i was just a phone call away and a few steps inside the building. Since it was minimal, i let it go. Months later, when it started to rain, i noticed a small leak. I called them back but had to leave a message. They never got back to me. A few weeks after that it rained harder and the leak got worse. I left another message. No return call. After another week, i continued to call everyday leaving messages until finally someone answered. He scheduled a time when the fix could be done. He didn't apologize and sounded like he was rushing to get me off the phone. I waited for the guy to show and he never did and never called. I called and had to leave another message that the guy flaked. I didn't get a call back. I called back another week later and had to leave another message. I didn't receive a return call so i continued to call everyday until someone picked up the phone. I told him that the guy flaked. he said he would schedule another appointment. I asked what he would do to assure me the same thing wouldn't happen. He said the guy would call me when he was on his way. Surprise Surprise, the guy never called and never showed up. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.! They did crappy work and aren't doing anything to fix it. They are just making me jump through hoops without even taking in consideration the time I've invested in being available every time they scheduled an appointment to "fix" the problem. read more

Took my car here 4 to 5 years ago.. yeah I know it's a while, but hey it barely rains in San Diego, but anyways at first I was happy.. then it started to rain and I notice water in my car.. I took it back after like 2 years give or take and he looked at it and did a pressure test or whatever and said it wasn't the window.. so I said fine it might be the car.. took it to lexus a couple of months after when it happen again.. and lexus told me it was the windshield... called the guy back and the guy told me it's been a long time and wasn't sure if it was his glass!! You kidding me! Let's be honest it doesn't rain much in San Diego and my car is usually parked in the garage. I let it go.. because I didn't have time for this... this 1 time it rains like crazy and I totally forgot about the stupid windshield leak.. I Park it outside and my whole front Carpet was soak and it caused my blinker to shut off.. had to take it back to lexus.. and they fix it but they said next time it would cost me more if the water keeps getting in... as frustrated as I am.. Safelite Chula Vista dropped the ball (shower up without the needed parts, poor communication etc) and I was trying to find their Miramar location. Ended up connecting to AAA glass gave it a chance and Chris did a great job. I saved money, he was professional, thorough and I am totally pleased with my windshield replacement. I wanted to go with safelite originally thinking that the big corporation would stand by their work, have better insurance etc but AAA glass ended up being the much more professional company . I called several other shops before finding this one. I spoke to Chris who said he had a windshield for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma in stock and that the price was $145 + tax. That was about $200 less than I was seeing elsewhere. I made an appointment for him to come fix the truck the next morning, he was right on time, accurate with how long the repair would be, and as friendly as could be. Windshield looks exactly like my original, he was clear with his instructions for allowing everything to dry and set and I could not be happier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I called this company yesterday to come replace a window and we had an appointment for 1 o clock. 1 o clock comes around and no one shows up. no big deal, i gave em a call gave them my address again and they were here in 20 minutes. HERE IS WHERE THE SCAM COMES IN......the guys pulls out the old windshield and say " oh whoever did this before didnt do a good job and now i have to resurface the edge that the glass lays in. its only 120 bucks " but ill help u out and do it for 80". what a joke. the technician( if you want to call him that) said the problem was that there was too much glue left behind ???!?! then he tried to charge me for a new window seal, then he even tried to charge me for new clips! I told the guy I had no extra money to pay and he just put in the new window and left most of the old scraped off rubber in my driveway. Now its time to pay.....i told him i was paying by card. "oh i forgot my credit card machine, let me just copy down your credit card info" uhh no, i called the company back and paid over the phone. I will be calling the company back tomorrow to make a complaint but i think these guys all work together. Be careful of these guys!! read more
