Called this place an hour before closing on a Saturday when I realized a small crack had grown throughout the day. There was a mistake and I got quoted for a price for a 2007 windshield when I have a 1997. Chris at the business after realizing the mistake said the older model was more expensive but because he already quoted me a price he would stick with that. Really great customer service, he could have and probably should have charged me for the more expensive window but decided not to. The technician was at my place within an hour even though at that point they were technically closed for the day, the windshield looked great and there was no mess left behind. I had leaking in my car after the Lexus dealer replaced my dash. They said it was the seals on the windshield, which was a non-Lexus replacement of the original. I wasn't really interested in paying dealer prices. Called Chris. He quoted a great price, came out promptly, and then said I absolutely don't need a new windshield, the seals were fine. Didn't charge me and said he wasn't about to replace something that didn't need replacing. We dumped buckets on the thing, checked for leaks, opened up the side pillars to look if the tubes draining the sunroof had been pinched, nothing. So I saw with my own eyes that the windshield was just fine. Now I'm 99% sure the car wash that I left it at had left my windows open. Yeah. Long story shorter, I'm totally happy with AAA Glass and I'm a big supporter of the honest businesses out there that could otherwise take advantage and don't. Now I can't say much about the quality of work done because nothing was replaced - but his knowledge was top-notch, as was integrity. Yesterday I ordered two replacement pieces of glass for a couple of broken picture frames. They said it would be done this morning and I should just come in. Stopped in at 20min to Noon and they said it would take 5 min. Since I had to be back in my office at noon I waited. After 10 min I asked how much longer and she said just a moment. Well, another 10 minutes (20 total) and the glass was finally cut--- jeeze! Awesome job done by Nesh! (spelling?) He came to our apartment and installed the driver side window in our 2008 Dodge Charger. He was very nice, but most importantly, he worked as if the car was his own. Some thief smashed in our window, and Nesh made sure all the glass was cleaned out of the door. He went around all the weather seals picking out the glass and blowing out any shards, thoroughly cleaned the whole thing, vacuumed the inside of the door where all the motor parts are, and carefully put everything back together after testing to see the door locks and window worked properly. They charge extra to vacuum the WHOLE car, but you can do that yourself at a self serve car wash for $3...they aren't a cleaning service so don't be lazy and do it yourself. Not only was the service amazing, but it was the cheapest price out of 4 places that I called...beating one company by a $100. Hopefully I don't need another car window replaced...but if I do I'm definitely calling these guys again read more

I contacted this company at approximately 8:30 am to schedule a windshield replacement. They penciled me for a scheduled visit between 2pm and 4pm on the same day I called in (as opposed to say 4 hour window, the next business day).... All for 75$ less then the next bidder. Surprise surprise, I received a call 3.5 hrs before the scheduled time asking if it was okay if the technicians came out early (3 hrs early). I was given their names, and the approximate time of their arrival. I went out to meet them, they arrived in an EXTREMELY timely fashion (within 2 minutes of their "new" adjusted time) , immediately began working. and were finished within 30 minutes. To sum up: I obtained a better "version" of windshield than what was in the vehicle at the time it was manufactured, With OEM parts, fixed on-site, and it cost me less than other mobile mechanics, and even less than one of the Brick and Mortar auto repair shops. Great guys, I will definitely remember AAA glass next time I need glass repair/replacement... Give them a try and you won't regret it. read more

I needed a new windshield on my Mazda 3. When I called Chris at AAA Glass, he asked if the windshield had a sensor for the wipers and I thought it didn't so I said it didn't. When he showed up, he realized my glass has a sensor and he had to make a special trip to the warehouse to pick up the correct windshield. He was so nice about it! He said, "no problem" and didn't charge me any extra to go back on my mistake! Couldn't have been nicer and quick! He came out about 2 hours after I called him! I just had my window replaced a few weeks ago. There was some glass left inside which I was told would disintegrate w use. Well that left over glass causes the mechanism in the window to break down. I had to call several times to get the a quote on how much it would cost and I haven't heard back since. So now I have a window that won't roll down and need to buy a new one. read more

Don't know about AAA Glass. My driver's side window shattered due to the mechanism breaking which caused the glass to break. I called AAA Glass on Thursday when this happened. I explained to Chris the situation. He gave me what I thought was a fair quote. We agreed for him to come on Friday (the next day) between 1 and 2. On Friday on my way home from work, I called AAA Glass to see what his schedule was looking like and to let him know that I was running a little late. He said that he had scheduled me for Saturday. (Wrong). It wasn't a big deal so I said ok Saturday will be fine. We agreed on 1 on Saturday. On Saturday at around 1:15 I thought I would call him to find out how he was running time wise. He told me that we had agreed to 3. I literally started laughing on the phone. I never said anything about 3. Again no big deal. A couple of hours won't make a difference. I laid down and took a little nap. At 2:58 he called my phone. I asked are you here? He responds with yes I am but this is not going to work. I respond with "what do you mean ", he says I came with a windshield. At this point I just could not believe what I was hearing. I never once said anything about a windshield. I even explained to him the situation. How the glass shattered within the door. I didn't even go outside to speak to him I just told him on the phone that these multiple misunderstandings are ridiculous and I will take my business elsewhere. Credit card payments were noted as being acceptable and after requesting price quotes with three other companies, and not receiving the same timely response for the repair, nor courtesy from the dispatcher/ manager we arranged for AAA Glass ((858) 342-8622) to come to our home today at 11:00am. They called before to be sure the vehicle was available, and within 10 minutes, a small, white, unassuming truck arrived. The personable technician began to work right away. It took him less than a half hour to remove the glass. Then in spite of having unexpected rust that needed to be sanded, primed/painted, and molding replaced he cleaned up, packed up and was done within an hour and twenty minutes.Our total bill was $176.00. The windshield glass is flawless, and there was only one tiny piece of broken glass on the dash board. The smiling professional gave us some free advice on our leaky sun roof, and held pleasant conversation before he had to run off to his next appointment. I'd gladly recommend them, especially over All Star Glass on Morena. I once used All Star on another vehicle two years ago, and had a very unsatisfying experience there.
