When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. On top of that, their attention to detail is unmatched. The manager was carefully inspecting the cars as they came out of the wash, noticed that the machine had completely missed a spot on the back of my car, and immediately offered to send me through for a second run completely free of charge. You don't always get that level of care and proactive customer service at a car wash. I will definitely be back!

I tried to text Rafa, who messaged me when my car was ready, less than an hour after I left but did not receive a response. I was pretty bummed about it, went through the lengths of checking my dashcam to see if there was ever a moment someone might have noticed the damage. Conveniently, the footage is damaged only during the wash. No response from the email posted on their website either. I don't intend to immediately accuse anyone, I've always felt comfortable bringing my car here every year, and the staff was as friendly and accommodating as always. I was just hoping there would be some more transparent communication. I wash my car myself all but once in a year or so to give my car a quality wash than I'm willing to put in, and I've never seen cracking until after my recent visit.

What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Management like Carlos and Oscar have always been great. Today I came close to closing and while I was cleaning my interior, Sandra started wiping down my exterior and windows. With my broken Spanish and her broken English we had a great conversation and made it work. I tried to tip her for the help and she refused, just wanted to help. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at.
